Notes & Task in Andoid app ?????
Hi, New to Zoho and like Zoho Email which is my main aim but, on the internet page version I can use Notes & Tasks, but I can't find these two features on the Android Mail App, are they not available on the app?
Print mail not working with Chrome
Hi all! In the past few days (about ten days, after the last update), I'm not able to print my email and conversations from Zoho Mail using the browser Google Chrome. I have been using GChrome till the first day I use Zoho Mail and never had problems. After the last update of Zoho Mail (about ten days ago), when I click on "print" button inside the mail menu, it still opens the pop-up, but it remains blank, it doesn't show the text of the mail and the conversation and I'm not able to print the conversation

Zoho not seeing emails sent by domain - Cloudflare
We have the domain actually hosted by GoDaddy and we're using Google Suite/App and gmail for our email. Have Cloudflare in place and the MX records are set up properly in there but Zoho still doesn't recognize that email is set up nor that emails are being sent/received via Gmail. What are we doing wrong?
Can change default account
Hi I have a business outlook account set up as a 'send as' account in my zoho mail. I want to make it my default send account but I couldn't. It only showed my zoho account. So I set the outlook account up as a pop account and it worked but this is not what I wanted to do.... Gmail allows setting a default 'send as' account that is not a pop account... Thanks Paul
My groups quit working for everyone but me in my company.
How do I get the groups to start working again? People cannot email each other.
Where is the group address book?
Group notes, tasks, calendars, bookmarks. Where is the group contacts?
Not receiving emails. If rectified will I eventually get said emails?
Like many others I am not receiving emails but can send them. My biggest worry is that the replies are lost forever and I will have to go back and resend 50+ emails to explain the situation. Any info is appreciated.

I have received an email with a number of email addresses in the bcc field. Some are existing contacts, some are not in my Contacts. What I want to do is to add this list in the bcc field to a specific Group view in Contacts. Any easy way to do this?

Does anyone know if there is a way to create a filter that move or delete email older than __ days? I see you can specify a start or end date of a search, but I need something dynamic to show number of days old.
I dont find all old emails...empty folders. i also dont' receive emails

Why won't my zoho mail SEND?
I don't understand. Once a month, like clockwork, I'll be logged in to Zoho. I just completed writing an email and then I click SEND and nothing happens. It's not my internet connection because I have gmail up on a different tab in my browser and it ALWAYS works. So, I click send and nothing happens. I try closing the email and then I save it as a draft. Then, I log out and reboot my computer. I open Zoho Mail back up, go to Drafts and try to send my email again and nothing happens. UGH!!!

Just signed up for ZOHO. I am trying to set up my mail for the first time, but I get the "Server unavailable" message. Is that really happening on my first day? Boo...Please help!

MX records not updated
Hi, My domain is registered with GoDaddy and hosted on AWS. I added the MX entries as recommended, however the same does not seem to resolve the SMTP issue. I checked the same using mxtool as well. Any help will be appreciated. Regards Anant

I have my accounts correctly working for years, and suddenly the stopped working on Outlook 2010. It´s popping all time the username and password for both imappro and smtp servers. I did ping to imappro.zoho.com and smtp.zoho.com and both get packets lost, have you changed the main servers?? Thanks Diego

Hi there, I have my account blocked due to suspicious activities. Which, I don't understand. Currently, I'm using Zoho through my Gmail. I sent about 10 emails and I got blocked. All the correct configuration to work with this setup is being done following the Zoho guidelines itself. Is there anything I can do to speed it up the process of unblocking? Hi, I`m currently using Zoho email through Gmail. I follow all the guidelines supplied by Zoho on the setup and it worked perfectly until yesterday. I got blocked: 554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked I don't know the reason once I sent only around 10 emails. This is my main tool for work and I'm currently blocked to operate on a daily basis. "Cannot connect to outgoing mail server" - started this morning
Starting earlier today our workstations are not able to send/receive email through our Zoho mail accounts. Outlook gives us an error stating "Cannot connect to outgoing mail server". No other network issues appear to be occurring for us and it was working earlier until about 3 hours ago. I have received reports from a friend also using your service in this area that they also are having connection problems. Are there any known network issues happening to your mail servers?
