Email forwarding
We send out time sheets for verification to our employees from one email address and they will email their response to that address. I need to be able to have those emails automatically forward to a second email address. How do I do that?
Unable to subscribe to external calendar using iCal
I want to subscribe to an external calendar using a URL that links to an iCal ics file. (1) In the 'new' version of Calendar, the settings dialog is not available. There is a link in settings which should open the dialog, but nothing happens when you click it. (2) In the 'old' version of Calendar I was able to enter the URL of the external calendar. I got the message 'Calendar subscribed sucessfully'. But the calendar is not displayed. All I can see is my personal calendar. I have tested the iCal

Number of users in free plan vs paid plan
I currently have the free plan but I'm interested in upgrading to the standard paid plan. The only thing that is stopping me from upgrading is that on the standard plan you pay $24 *per user* annually (with a total combined storage of 30GB). In the free plan you can have up to 25 users for free, each with 5GB of storage. I only need a few users. Let's say 2 users. That means that I would need to pay $48 a year when I could have them for free on the free plan? Is my interpretation correct? It doesn't

MAC IMAIL FOLDERS NOT SYNCING with ZOLO MAIL WEBPAGE
I can see all my mail and folders in zoho mail website except one folder with about 200 mails. I can see them on my IMAC mail on my mac. Why aren't the folders synced?
Contacts not synchronizing to mobile device
I recently unlinked my android device from my zoho account, deleted all my contacts from my mobile device and zoho contacts, then imported my backup (a VCF file) directly into zoho contacts. This worked fine, all my contacts were restored there. I then re-linked my zoho account but the contacts were only partially synched: 80 out of 209. Any reason why this might be happening? The contacts to not contain any non-alphanumeric characters, apart from punctuation and hypens.
non-delivery of e-mail
With my Zoho mail address, john.campbell@klinglevalley.com, I can send to most addresses. However, no messages to these two addresses go through: gmail.com and aol.com. What can I do to correct this? Should I call the support/help phone number?
Can't receive emails
Hello! I registered to zoho and pointed my mx zones to the zoho servers. My domain is echocheats.xyz I can send email from zoho but if I try to send email to example payments@echocheats.xyz I can't. More than 12 hours have passed since the initial configuration of my dns and zoho. Can you confirm what is the issue here?

Unable to get an invitation email from my company to work on a project
Been having this issue for a couple of months now. My company has had me try to work a couple of online projects but the invitation to work it does not show up in my email account anywhere. They have sent it multiple times and I still do not keep getting it. Anyone have any suggestions at all how to get these invitations?

All attached file names are changed to FileDownload (x) when downloaded
Using latest version of Chrome. All file attachments downloaded through the web interface change the names to FileDownload (x) where x is a number that increases with each download. Can't find any settings that would change this weird behavior.

Email control panel dash board is giving the following warning: Configure DKIM entries to ensure better email delivery! Migrated email content does not display correctly in Outlook for Mac
I'm using Outlook for Mac (version 16.11) & recently transferred emails from another provider to Zoho. It seems that the Mac version is not able to display migrated emails correctly. All the emails are missing the subject line, and are displayed as raw message, some having first line being "This is a multipart message in MIME format" with the rest of the email body displayed as raw multipart MIME message. All attachments on migrated messages have disappeared. All new email messages are displayed

For some reason my domain key status is showing as not authenticating email. My domain is with Wix.com. I have tried generating a new key and pasting into text record value but it shows as an invalid entry when trying to save to DNS

Hello Currently zoho accounts cannot be added as pop 3 accounts to other and it's own mail client. I can login online to 1 account at a time, but if I try to add another zoho account as a pop 3 account it says cannot reach server. Try pinging poppro.zoho.com or smtp.zoho.com it fails. I have recently migrated to Zoho, and I'm using my own domain to manage emails. Currently I am using the free service. Given my experience to date I am not likely to upgrade as I was planning. E-mail address suggetion in TO field by domain name
Hello, So it looks like that when I am writing an email address it only suggests an address from contacts if I am typing that address from start. But is it possible to edit somewhere in the settings so that emails are lookup also based on domains? Imageine someone asks me to send an email to SomeCompany - if the email starts with info@ then as I have a lot of info emails it not gonna suggest me the one that's in my mind :D But if I type something that is behind @ nothing shows up. Reach Zoho Mail notes from android
Is it possible to access my notes (these: https://i.imgur.com/iO3WgyV.png) from any android app? The notes app is displaying totally different things, meanwhile the zoho mail hasn't got anything similar feature (at least I couldn't find). Is there something I missed, or is the only method to see those notes is to open the browser, log in and check the notes? I rather like native apps instead of web ones, because they can use a lot more custom ways to make interaction easier :)
Reply-To header not set by a group
Is there a way to make the group set Reply-To header to the group address? Right now the header is not set, so clicking Reply button on IMAP client creates a new message to the original message sender. However, most commonly use-case scenario, adapted throughout mailing list community, is that reply, sends the response back to the group. Am I missing some configuration settings here, or this is not yet implemented?
Not receiving all email in Inbox?
I recently changed hosts for my site. When I did this, my email stopped working (which would be expected). I've followed instructions to add both mx records. Those seem to have been verified. However, my SPF is having problems being verified. It's been more than 72 hours since I made the edits in the DNS Zone Editor with my host (a2hosting). That said, I'm not getting all emails sent to me in this particular inbox. Help?
Cant recieve mails
I have recently shifted my hosting on 25th march 2018. I opened my zoho super admin to verify my domains only to find an email dated 23rd march 2018 of domain verification. ( i had purchased the new domain on 25th only.) Because of this the domain is already showing as verified. (attached screenshot) I am unable to see the zb code to add the cname to my cpanel. I have added the mx records as per directions and have verified that they are pointing to zoho server. Please guide me on how to get my mails

Zoho email
I've tried to add one of my accounts to an email client (Polymail IMAP) and everytime I type in my email address and hit return, the app crashes. This happens on my Mac, iPhone and iPad. I don't know if this post is private or I'd include more info on the devices/software. Oddly, my second Zoho email account was added to Polymail with no trouble. How can this be resolved? Thank you.
Activate a deleted user?
We deleted a User but would like to activate them again however there is no option to undelete. If we try to create the user with the same email it says the user already exists. If this is not possible is there a way to see their un submitted expenses?
Trying to set up another account
I work with a number of clients. For some reason I have an account I was trying to set up for thehumanside.ca I want my client to be associated with it not me. Every time I try to set it up it says already assign to me in a different account. How do I get it to allow me to set up my client with out associating it to my password username?
Can Not Receive Emails in Zoho - Working Perfectly Until I Updated Nameservers with Hostgator
Hi there, I was beginning to use Zoho mail & it was working great for a few days including the MX records, everything. I tested to ensure I could send/receive emails & that was working okay. I then purchased a hostgator account to begin building a website on this & updated the domains nameservers - i didn't change any MX records or anything. As soon as I done this, emails began bouncing & no longer working. I've tried to resolve this with hostgator to no avail. Can anyone help?
