Recover Deleted Email
Is there any way to recover deleted email? On mobile, you only have to slide your finger over the 'Trash' button and the email is deleted immediately. There should be some kind of fail-safe (Recycle Bin) to stop this. I deleted a very important email only because I slid my finger over the trash button. Is there any way to recover deleted emails? Sending nor Receiving works

SPF and DKIM without a "mailserver" account?
I have my own domain and I use a DNS serice unrelated to Zoho. What do I add to my SPF Record, and how do I set up DKIM, so that I can use Zoho's regular single-user SMTP server (not a "mailhosting" account)?
Zoho Android App Sending Duplicate Emails
I would love it if I could send emails to people and only one is sent when I hit the send button....I am using version 2.2.6 of the android app on a S8. This has just recently (last two weeks) started to happen on two different occasions where I am hitting reply all to an email thread and the message gets sent three times. From the timestamps, the first two are sent at the same time whereas the other one is sent two seconds later. Please help @zohosupport @zohosomebody

Hello, I recently set up an email account on Zoho and the email is working fine. However, my website domain went down (payment is fine too), what could have happened? Can anyone help me? I am kind of desperate right now because I use the website a lot with my clients.

Subdomain_verify_Problem
May I know if Zoho email can use the subdomain as the email? I try to verify in the domain manager, but main domain work, subdomain do not work. eg. abc.com CNAME verify OK, hk.abc.com can not verify.

Incoming Disabled

What is going on with my email account?
For the second time, I am getting duplicates of very old emails sent to me as new emails. I am also seeing that all my new emails are going directly to trash rather than my inbox. I did not set up or change any filters, so I'm not sure what is going on. Is there some kind of error going on in the system?
Create Zoho Account But Error During Verification
I created a zoho account using a XXX phone number. In verification step I could not receive the code in cell phone. I changed the phone number to a already used number in another zoho account. Now, I can not login with the XXX phone number to get a new verification code, and if I do login with the phone number of the other account it does not work for this new account, only the older. I send an email to zoho support, and I dont know what I can do now. Help!

Setting user to active in group not actually saving
Hi ... I am attempting to add and make active a user to a group. I can add their email address and then when I click the button to make them active, it says at the top that it is saved. But if I click elsewhere and then come back to the group, it shows as inactive. I tried clicking the edit pencil button and then choosing active and saving, and it says it's saving, but then when I check it again, the user shows inactive. Any ideas of what I need to do to get that working? Thanks, Devin.
Zoho Mail and Office 365
Hi there, I thought I correctly setup Zoho mail to host my emails. However, I keep getting error [DNS] message when I test and send email to one of the emails I have set-up under group. What I am trying to achieve is this: I would like Zoho Mail to host my emails rather than Office 365. I would like to continue using all Office 365 Apps other than the email which is being hosted by Zoho. Security certificate cannot be verified
When sending email using Outlook, I keep getting a message saying "The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. The target principle name is incorrect". I can clear the message and send the email but it's annoying. How do i get rid of it?
Exclamation mark (inbox)
Hello, I recieved an email today and there is a exclamation mark next to the name of the sender (on the left side). What does that mean? In outbox I would say that it is some kind of error, but I am not sure what does that mean in inbox.
new account issues
Need to set up new account but had set up a test account to see if it would do what I needed. Unable to delete the old,the new can't be established without a mobile number. I only have one, and am blocked from using it because the other account can't be deleted.

Can't access email
the dash board says that I need to set mx records, but I've double checked and the mx records correctly direct to the zoho servers in cpanel with my hosting provider. I don't know what else might be the problem. I haven't had email for 4 days now.
Problem with attachments
Is there any problem with the attachments? It returns Error while listing attachments (null). Furthermore all the images in signatures, attached images etc. are crashed.

Old emails being redelivered
All my old emails from inbox and trash are being redelivered. From November last years emails to present day, once its done it starts re sending them all over again. Its on its 3rd run now, I have no way of stopping it. Over a 1k in emails
Mail Storage Does not reduces
Hi, my mailbox is showing 71% filled. In Folders list i could see the size of each folder. Than i deleted many emails that were not required. After that i again went to Folders List and could see significant decrease of size of each folders of whom i deleted my emails. But my total storage still shows 71% and i waited for even next 2 days , as in help documentation it was written that current storage reflection might take a while to update. but still after 2-3 days it shows 71% while my folder storage
ZOHO Mail not receiving emails
