Hi , my organization business email is id contact@expertelabs.com whenever I try to mail a client of mine, I am getting following error and all outgoing mails are bouncing back. Too often, the zoho algorithm sorts, tags, or classifies items/emails that may need to be viewed in the primary inbox. This is typically not a big problem unless hundreds of folders and subfolders have been imapped. This causes one to have to scroll way down to the bottom of all the folders to reach the "all mail", "drafts", "sent", "tagged folders", or any other folder with a primary function. Hola, hace un tiempo un colaborador (que ya no trabaja con nosotros) hizo el registro del dominio corporativo con zoho y nos ayudó con la creacion de correos. Esa persona ya no trabaja con nosotros, el dominio esta en nuestro administrador de dominio de godaddy, pero esta persona no nos quiere devolver la administracion de correos mediante Zoho. Es posible recuperar estos correos? Podemos demostrar que el dominio nos pertenece a nosotros y no al actual administrador? Que podemos hacer en este caso?

"Ignore my previous email" .. How often have we sent this, after sending a wrong email to someone? To avoid such email mishaps, you can delay your sending for a minute or two by enabling Outbox for your account. How Outbox works? When Outbox is enabled, you can specify a time duration in minutes as Outbox delay. Dear all, I am experiencing problems to use one of my email accounts with Zoho as sign up and contact form point on my website (built with Wordpress). My email shows the following error message: 5.4.4 DNS error:NXDOMAIN. A few people have already applied for leave during the christmas week, but now that 25th is a declared holiday I was hoping for it to reflect in the existing leave records as well, but unfortunately that is not happening. Cannot open received SMIME mail
Hello, I received a SMIME encrypted mail, which I don't know how to open. I'm on the free plan, and I am aware that SMIME encryption is available for the premium plan. Is it true that I cannot read a SMIME encrypted mail that was sent to me if I'm only on the free plan? I tried Googling around, and checking this forum but noone seemed to have had this issue. Be cautious when opening any links/ attachments, if any, in this email How do I ensure these email are marked as safe. Hello, You guys do not provide IMAP option. You guys don't export in PST or OLM which is supported by Outlook. You have serious issues, for people who want to move away from Zoho Mail. I would not recommend you guys for such childish policies.
