Allow adding multiple accounts in the Zoho Mail desktop app and easily able to switch between them from a left-sided sidebar (such as with keyboard shortcuts - Ctrl + 1, Ctrl + 2 and so on)Zoho Mail shared mailbox
Hi, I think this has been raised before, but I'd like to emphasise just how valuable Shared Mailbox feature would be in Zoho Mail. This feature is available in Outlook / GSuite. I have been recommending my clients to move to Zoho Mail (business), however this single feature is proving to be a sticking point. The Shared folders / Group mail has been suggested, but both of them are inelegant workarounds. ThanksApp for Mac OS X please!
It would be awesome to have a mail app for Mac OS X that included all the cool features such as steams, calendar, tasks, contacts, etc. Most people prefer native apps, rather than running it through a web browser. I know that we can use the IMAP, CalDAV,Auto-Cc or Auto-Bcc to another our own mailbox
Zoho Mail Team, How about bringing in an option like Auto Cc or Auto Bcc of selected email conversations (like those from starred) when replied or forwarded to our different mailbox. Hi, I just installed and tried out Zoho Companion for Firefox. Since I mainly use Zoho for email, I would like to see three features integrated into Companion that are not currently available. 1. Sound notification 2. Indication of the number of unread emails 3. A button to launch Zoho Mail Suite The idea of sound notification is that I need not be in front of the computer in order to find out that I received an email. You did a great job on the new changes! But I am desperately missing the x beside each mail to delete it!! To me that was the most comfortable function to keep my inbox clean. I know there are other ways to delete mails, but it would be great to have the usability of mail-Tools like Outlook and stuff back where you either delete with the keyboard or one click with the mouse. Hi there. Zoho Mail is great. Just a few suggestions to improve it even more: - Please include a preference to not load external images embedded in messages unless you allow it or the message is from a contact. It's a major security/privacy issue!; - Save attachments directly to Zoho Documents; - Option to remove (delete) attachments in messages to save space (keep the message but strips down attachments); - Display attachments in a table view, instead of a list, showing only the document icon (pic,Mail Search should allow grouping by conversation like Gmail.
Having switched from gmail I have found the search function hard to use. Mostly because mail is not grouped by conversation in search. If I search for a word when looking for a conversation had with someone then sometimes 10 emails will come up from theZoho should remove the "On Behalf Of" too.

Please take a look at how Evertnote does tags. I believe that they have one of the smoothest, most robust tagging systems I've ever seen. They implemented nested tags (much better than Gmail's implementation of nesting). If Zoho could implement something like how they do it over there, it would be exceptional. just like in ZOHO CRM, when you send an email from the CRM you can tell if someone opened the email or not. Add that functionality to ZOHO Mail. We currently use Newton mail app, which not only shows you if someone opened your email, but they also send us a push notification (mac and iOS) letting us know that the client read the email, and tells us if it was from a mobile device or laptop, and from what city it was read.
