Urgent - Still Pending Invite
Hi there, I am moving my mail services from cpanel webmail to Zoho Mail and have successfully verified the domain wallezz.com. I've created email for almost 25 users, but christian.linting@wallezz.com has been placed in the Invitation List and shows up as pending. There is a very quick short red message showing up when I try to create that last user but it disappears too fast to be able to read it. Chainging hosting provider
After changing hosting provider we don't receive any more mails from new hosting like cron jobs reports. If we choose gmail account for destination everything is ok but for zoho accounts it is refused by Zoho like spam
Add App
In the bottom of the left side of (old) zoho mail there is a section called "add app". I added a few URLs but they don't do anything so I'd like to remove them. There seems to be no way to get them off the side panel. Am I missing something? Thanks!
send mail as not working
I've been trying to access the old version to change the "send mail as" parameter, but that page only gives me a "loading" prompt that never resolves. All other tabs like vacation reply and signature work fine.

I have spent much time to integrate my Godaddy domain manager with Zoho Mail. I need to use Zoho Mail because my hosting mail service sucks. I have good experience integrate my domain with Zoho Mail when I used Domain.com. But Godaddy is a big trouble. I need some helps. Here is the situation: 1. My domain is Arkademi.com. Can't Enable IMAP
I cannot enable IMAP on new emails accounts. After activating IMAP and getting the success confirmation message, I refresh the page and it appears again NOT ACTIVE. This is for mipedido@epet.cl and no-responder@epet.cl. This last account the IMAP was enabled and I deactivated it to test, now I can't enable the IMAP again. Help!

Good afternoon, I have already sent emails to both support@zohomail.com and support@zohoaccounts.com with no answer yet. I am the owner of certain domain which is associated with the Zoho Mail service. The current Super Admin is no longer in charge of the mail service administration, however he refuses to give up his roles and privileges. Problems with DKIM and related set-ups
Am new to Zoho. I am not really a techie and am having problems - the processes seem quite overwhelming. I thought that I had set up SPF correctly but in the notifications, I am notified that I need to verify SPF. Now I was trying to set up DKIM but the process as explained is unclear when it comes to the second step i.e. 'creating a text record in my DNS with the title as ... I am just lost.
Adding email account with Zoho mail hosting without creating new user
I want to add different mail accounts (marketing, sales, etc.) to keep things separate in Zoho Mail. The only way I see to add an email is to create a new user, but I am the only user.

I have a domain Qualyval.com, the domain was verified 3 years ago. Recently, I lost control of my domain and after regaining control all the settings were reset. As a result, I lost CNAME. Now to activate email, I need to enter CNAME in godaddy DNS. Please can you urgently mail me the CNAME ZB code to rai.pramod@gmail.com P.S: Don't say that your domain is already verified and hence there is no need for CNAME. Hi, I am hosting domain selectedvpn.com on Zoho. Everything seems to be in order with SPF and DKIM, but I cannot verify it. For SPF, I tried several external services and they say everything is OK. Hi There I signed up for the Enterprise plan and I would like to setup multiple emails on three different domains. I set my main user up and added the other two domain emails as subdomains. Will this work or do I have to buy a user for each domain? Thanks
