i want to use zohomail service of my domain mulbridge.com but when i try to add this domain to my account error appear in red box said already exist which means previous owner of this domain was using zohomail for his email purposes. for that issue i contact zoho support they reply me with this.. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 minutes for the changes to propagate and try again". Bom dia, Recebi um mail dando nota de que estava a atingir o limite da minha capacidade da minha conta de mail (jorge.sobreira@esferaimobiliaria.pt) Apesar de já a ter limpo e de ter visto que tem neste momento cerca de 146 MB, no painel de administrador, continua a dizer que tenho cerca de 65% de utilização. sending email blocked and no response from support
Any ideas how to resolve this issue. My email must have been hacked and sent 4 spam emails. We that issue right away however my outgoing mail has been blocked by zoho. We tried contacting support and got no response. I use this email for business and can't communicate with customers. Any suggestions on how to get a response? Thanks! Jason

"Unable to add Alias Address" error on a Group
Hi Zoho, I am attempting to add an alias to a Group in my domain account. However, every time I attempt to do so, I get the error message "Unable to add Alias Address." I am attempting to add "paypal@" as an alias to the payments@ email address. The error occurs no matter what alias I attempt to add. I just attempted to add "foobar" and got the same error. Thank you
Can't reset password as it's sending to same email address
Hello I recently signed up using google to sign in. I am currently using the domain 1upradio.co.uk. The admin account is hayden@1upradio.co.uk. I removed the google account as a way to sign in and now I can't sign in at all, because there isn't a password, and I can't reset the password. What do I do? I can verify I own the account using a CNAME record or use another account that I do have access to (liam@1upradio.co.uk) Thanks!

Exporting zoho mail from another zoho old account
I want to change from my hosting provider, but i want to keep using the zoho mail with all the data and contacts in the old account and hosting, how can i keep using all the data witout losing any information when i changed from one hosting to another. and also the new developer told me that the DNS and the config in the cpanel have to change, so i may loose some data if i dont do this properly.

Apparent error with SPF and MX records
I can't receive emails on any of the email ids created for the domain attached to my Zoho Mail. I've made all the necessary configurations as per the documentation on the site, but it still shows errors for MX Records and SPF Records. The domain is srmmun.in and I can't receive emails on all the email ids made for it.

I keep getting this error message: " We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. WEnt to https://mxtoolbox.com/ and search the txt and it was there for /zoho._domainkey.synergystrength.org/. Is there a reason it is not verifying? "group" doesn't seem to be responding as I'm expecting
Hi, I'm trying to figure out why the group setting isn't working. Here is what I have setup for the group: I have 2 users setup - andy@ and steve@ The groups email is hello@ . I sent a test email from my gmail to hello@ . The email comes in fine to both the andy@ and steve@ emails. I reply, and both my @gmail account gets the reply (as expected), and steve@ also gets it. steve@ then replies, and my @gmail gets the reply, but I don't on andy@. It seems that steve is getting all the back and forth

Hello, I changed my domain from techgarage(dot) gq to techgaragenc(dot) com, and so I deleted the dot gq domain, and added the dot com domain. hi i am unable to add a user. i have added four users but whenever i try to add kiran.yadav@jeewanpublicschool.org, it says that the user is already invited. but whenever i go to to the list of invitations, it shows the said user as PENDING invitation. i deleted the invitation and tried numerous times but could not succeed. Moreover, i am using cPanel server. My control panel is prompting me to configure the SPF and DKIM but i do not know the process as it is not elaborated for cPanel online. kindly

What is the correct MX record for ZOHO? MX.ZOHO.COM or MX.ZOHO.EU? I previously had MX.ZOHO.COM configured (MX, MX2, MX3) and it worked without problems. I tried unsuccessfully to configure SPF (TXT record v=spf1 include:zoho.eu ~all). I've noticed that now ZOHO Help mentions *.EU records so I reconfigured my MX records to MX/MX2/MX3.ZOHO.EU.
