Outgoing Disabled For one Email Account
Hello Zoho! A user under my domain- milind@ctrine.in tried to send an email to several of our clients and his account got the " Outgoing enabled" option disabled. I, as the administrator, tried to enable outgoings but I got an error stating that I have to be a paid user to do so. Also , We can not login Via outlook to delete the emails , Login Failed . And in Zoho UI No option to sort mails by date/size. The user also got an email stating that his user was blocked with "Reason :Mail Recipient count

Email migration : how to apply it to one folder only
Hi, I want to set up email migration from my control panel. The setting "Exclude Folder List" makes it possible to exclude some folders from the migration process. Hello there, My domain is hitowny.com and I just set up my email hosting using zoho. I have followed all the steps in the instruction and MX records of my domain have been set up. However, in the control panel, zoho told me that "You may not be receiving emails! The MX records of your domain is not pointed to Zoho: hitowny.com. Hello, I have recently been experiencing issues with my Zoho account. I have verified and set up MX, following all of the correct setup-steps. I can send mail from my account, but I cannot receive it. If I attempt to send mail to the account I get the 553 Relaying Disallowed notification. I have used the third-party tool to check MX records and they all point to Zoho. Any ideas???

Add a new user that already exists
Hi. I have registered my domain incasas.com.mx in Mail Zoho. And it is working: I can send and receive emails. I have added users in my Control Panel and they was registered successfully. But previously I had a user contacto@incasas.com.mx When I try to add this user, only a "invitation" is sent. Buy I can't see that invitation email in the inbox of the user. Mailbox size exceeded quota
Hi I received a mail which states that my email account (nerine(AT)sulani(DOT)co(DOT)za) has been block as it exceeds allocated storage. From what I can see is the allocated storage should be 5GB, but the messages states that the it is only 300MB. 1 User Multiple Accounts
I would like to have 1 user who can access multiple email accounts, each associated with a different domain. Here is my current situation: 1. I have one user (me) called rod@rodneyhowell.com Control Panel>User Details>Mail Accounts shows my default email as rod@thenatureofzen.com. I do not see a way to change this. Further down the page is "Mailbox Address" and next to it is the email address rod@thenatureofzen.com with "change" beside it. Clicking on change brings up a selector but the only option

Admin Removing Super Admin
Hello there, Recently I made another user as admin to manage other emails in my absence. However, as a super admin, I found out that this admin can change my own (super admin) email password - thus controlling everything. I think this shouldn't be allowed to admins to change super admin's email passwords. Please let me know how can I keep control over this while admin can manage only users, not the super admin. All the instructions to cancel an account are out of date on Zoho's help pages (I have a free Mail account and I transferred my domain over). First, when I go to "Settings," and then "Close Account," I get an error message saying that: "You are an administrator of your organization : "[mydomain]" . How do you change super admin default email?
I made a mistake when I created the email for the first time as the super admin. I used myname@gmail.com and also all@mydomain.com but now I want to use myname@mydomain.com as the super admin so I can use all@mydomain.com for other things. How do I do that? Hello everyone, I reached out to support about this, but I've yet to hear back from them. I've never tried the forum before so I thought I would give it a shot. I am new to ZOHO and just getting setup with Zoho Workplace. I created a user (test.user@mydomain.com) and set the user to be a member of a group I created called Interns (interns@mydomain.com).
