Used to receive email but no longer can
I am able to send email, but can't receive email. I used to be able to receive email, but stopped receiving for some reason. I reset MX records in AWS Route53 per instruction, but still doesn't work. 10 mx.zoho.com 20 mx2.zoho.com Please help.
Not receiving emails
I have been using zoho mail without a problem. But, I redirected my domain name from wix to Siteground and now I'm no longer receiving any emails. I just updated the MX records within cPanel through Siteground. Is there something else that needs to be completed?
Downgrading Zoho email to free version
Hello, I am using the 10GB plan and would like to downgrade to the free version. 1. If I downgrade will I get 25 free users with 5GB storage ? 2. For my users who now have used more than 5GB (eg 7GB usage) what happens if I downgrade the plan. Will they loose all data ? 3. How can I change the recovery phone number for the admin panel.

Super Admin Password Reset
Hi, The password for my Super Admin Mail account is not working. I have reset via the reset password link and completed the text validation. Incoming/outcomig can not be reenabled after releasing full mailbox
Hello, incoming/outcomig was automatic disabled due to 100% usage of email box. The user deleted some messages and now the usage is 88%. When I try to enable incoming/outcomig in the Mail administration / mail acounts, I get message "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only". The user is veronika@tmtplus.cz. Hi! I made another post still waiting for moderation 5 hours ago and sent an e-mail 6 hours ago with no reply. For some reason my account has the ability to add a domain disabled. SPF NOT CONFIGURED
I have already created spf txt records in the cpanel of my domain as instructed. In spite of this, it tells me that the spf is not configured. When I try to verify it, I cannot. It has already been up to 5 hours since I did it. What needs to be done? The domain name is makoreart.com.

Account inactive and domain data exists
I originally signed up with a temporary email account and added my domain name under this temporary email account (dplpqwsv@sharklasers.com). I then added my email address as a secondary address. All of a sudden, this account has been inactivated but I can still login with adam@....co.uk .. However the domain name isn't associated with this email address anymore and when I try to add it, it says that it's already registered (presumably the domain name is still associated to the dplpqwsv@sharklasers.com

Spam Control
The Spam control whitelist does not seem to do anything. I have added emails to the whitelist and emails from these email addresses still end up in Quarantine. I have spf set to quarantine, spf-soft set to quarantine, dkim set to quarantine, dnsbl set to reject.

Donde se encuentra el Catch All si alguien me podría ayudar al respecto con capturas de pantalla, segun la ayuda en el zoho dice: Click Control Panel, choose Org Settings, and select Catch All Click Add Catch All Select the domain from the drop down Provide the organizational account which you want to add as the Catch All address. I accidentally set my primary email as a hosted email so I'm unable to set an admin password. I sent an email about this this morning, got a generic "this is how you set up an account" response...and now I'm still stuck. Can someone please help me!
