Outgoing E-mails Going to Recipients' Spam Folder
This started happening about a month ago and have been reading forum posts to try to figure out the problem. As near as I can tell it's related to the DKIM and DMARC settings. I have carefully made sure the DKIM records are correct, but http://www.isnotspam.com/ continues to show that the DKIM can't be trusted. I use GoDaddy for a domain host which is perhaps relevant as my e-mail shows the domain not the zoho address. Kind of at a loss at this point and would appreciate help.

I keep getting the following error: "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization" whenever I try to add an alias to my existing email account. The alias is using my registered domain along with my email account I wish to put the alias under, E.G: email: myemail@mydomain.com alias: myalias@mydomain.com Any ideas on what I can do to resolve this?
Sending and Receiving e-mails not working
Hello Unfortunately, I can not send or receive E-Mails. But I have installed the application zoho on my phone and when I write from there to an email adresse which I have also installed on an account on my phone (outlook) then it works. Zoho logs me out as soon as I log in successfully.
I am able to log in to zoho successfully. And it does show my home page. But within a second or two it logs me out automatically. So I am unable to check my emails.

Forwarded emails not being sent
I sent this to support@zohomail.eu two days ago and have received no response. We have Zoho One and use Zoho mail with our own domain. One user is unable to forward email messages she receives from third parties to another user. These email messages disappear into the ether and do not appear in her Sent folder. Several days later she gets an email message saying the mail was not delivered. The forwarded messages were failing to be sent, and then several days worth of the Undelivered messages came
Why I can't add new users?

Email going to outlook spam
Hi, I recently setup my zoho email with my shopify store and i did a test email to my personal email addresses. I noticed the outlook emails are getting marked as spam, yahoo and gmail delivers fine. I did a search and realize it's a common problem with Zoho emails and it's really bothering me seeing as a lot of my customers still use the outlook/hotmail accounts. I've added all the required TXT settings but still the same issue. Can someone help me out with this please?

Forwarding eMails
Is there any reason why forwarding eMail icon is not available in ZOHO? I was watching a youtube video by 1pageZen and in it there was an instruction how to forward all eMails from Zoho to gMil. I want t do that because gMail have 15gb inbox size so I thought I can use them for my domain eMail. I created a zoho account just for the same purpose. There was no need for me to have an account on zoho unless it allowed me to forward domain eMails to gMail or outlook.com. by the way I'm on a free contract

The form at https://www.zoho.eu/mail/contact.html is broken. When I hit the Submit button a broken page comes up showing Error found while adding the data... Please get back and rectify » [] 1 . Failed to add data. I have also tried to submit support requests by emailing Zoho support but my emails are ignored. We have Zoho One set up for two companies. Is there a way we can raise tickets in such a way that they are not totally ignored?
Domain is already associated with some other account
Hi Team, I'm a new user and setting up my business mail with zoho. I have provided the existing domain shutterink.in but it throws the error with message "This domain is already associated with this account "a*****n@s*****"". This is my domain, which I have purchased and hosted on godaddy. I have never used zoho before and the ID "a*****n@s****"seems someone else ID. Flashing green thing
The green flashing "Add File from Workdrive" message is extremely annoying and distracting when I am trying to compose emails. It was OK while it was a new feature but now, after some weeks, it is just annoying. It is possible to turn it off? I much prefer to use a Web client but I am ready to go back to Thunderbird.

Hey there, so I have a question about Zoho Mail, as I have thus far been able to migrate all the things we are doing from GSuite to Zoho except the mail portion. Currently we use a chrome extension to auto BCC my business manager, and forwarding rules to forward a copy of all received mail to him as well. Sending mail Blocked due to security reason: mail rated exceeding limits
As title says, I am blocked from sending any mail, either from web client or my IMAP client Thunderbird. Please let me know what needs to be done to make my account functional again.
