i have asked 3 times through the help form on the site, twice through gmail that you please get democraticsocialist@zoho.com reactivated. i have been told by you that you can't find the account, but i've done a search on threads i created and the account is still there just can't log into the email account itself. since you refuse to correct this screwup through normal channels i'm making the issue public. i've been very patient so far, but no more.

Is it possible to from same domain to have one email point to Zoho and another email point to Office 365 Email Essentials?
I partner with a colleague on a few projects. She had me set up with an email to use with a particular client. She has to pay for my additional email and there is not enough business to justify the cost. I thought maybe I could set my email up through Zoho while hers in accessible through Office 365 Email Essentials. Is this possible? In the instructions it says to delete all other MX records other than the zoho records but I believe that would then effect her email capabilities.

Contact sync stops working android
Hi I have a Mi9 android device and the contacts syncs works since las week, i dont change anything on zoho settings or my device. I use the mail app from Miui and now i doesnt work. The mail and calendar sync correctly with exchange . Please help. Is There any app like zoho calendar sync for contacts. Thanks

Zoho APP not syncing on iPhone anymore
Hi there, I've noticed for a few days now that the Zoho App on my iPhone SE is not properly syncing anymore. Strangely enough it indicates new email but when I open it it keeps syncing for ages and nothing else happens (no error, nothing). I've checked the settings and all looks good. It works on my PC and iPad so no idea why it is not fetching new emails on my iPhone (it used to work fine but the prob started to appear a few weeks ago). Any idea what's wrong? Best regards Antonio

Remote IP Address Locked
I recently added two new email users to my Zoho account. They were assigned default user email passwords. Upon trying to log in and change their passwords, an error message was shown saying "Remote IP address locked.". mailto links not supported
Zoho Mail doesn't handle mailto links on web pages on the Mac client. Don't know if it does on Windows or not. Clicking on an email link in a web page should open a new blank email in Zoho mail. It doesn't.

Unable to stay logged in.

Bug in deletion of attachment from email template
When an attachment is deleted from an email template, this deletion is not saved. Reproduction: 1. Save an email template (I used plain text) with two attachments. 2. delete one of the attachments and save the template. 3. How do I customize notification??
I hate getting notifications so often that they are meaningless. I am about turn off all notifications unless I can customize them. Is there any way to only get notifications for particular folders? I know I never get notified for the spam folder. Can I do this to other folders??

I have setup a user for IMAP migration and it successfully started but is still showing as in progress hours later - there is also no indication that the mailbox size is increasing. Is there any indication on how long an IMAP migration might take for a single user with circa 300Mb of emails?
Journal or Forward OUTGOING Mail??
I need to 'journal' my OUTGOING emails to an outside company for archiving purposes. I called customer service and they said it cannot be done. I'm asking here in hopes there is a workaround or maybe I didn't explain the issue clearly. I have set up archving for emails coming into me.
Can't login to Zoho Mail
Hello, Since Friday I am not able to access the Zoho Mail from the Web client. While I am accessing the https://mail.zoho.com/zm/ I see the "Loading... myemail@company.com" message and a "progress-bar" like widget from the Zoho icons rotates forever. Email Signature
I am trying to upload an image as an email signature....I am following all the steps but when I compose an email it is not there. Can someone please help with this? The image is a jpeg and is only 142kb. I have tried adding signature when composing the email but nothing appears. When I go back into the signature settings the image is there!
