The way our emails are structured has just been changed from mailboxes to distribution groups. Cannot download some messages to Outlook
I have Outlook configured as a POP3 client. While away from home, I sent some emails from my phone email program, which is configured as an IMAP client. To make sure that they did not get lost, I moved them to the folder 'Save' and marked them all as unread. I can see all seven messages in this folder from both the Zoho web client and my phone client. In order to move these message to Outlook, I moved them to the Inbox folder. Newsletter mail notifications
I recently setup my email account with my own domain name and i am very pleased with all the available applications and possibilities. I am now on a free plan and using the zoho android app for mails on my phone. I have intelligent filters enabled and for now only Notifications and Newsletters. For every mail that arrives in those inboxes i recieve a push notification. I only want to recieve notifications from my primary inbox. Searched in the android notification settings and the app settings
Zoho Mail folder syncing issues
Hi, one of my users is getting hanging when using Outlook 365 (2016). They are using EAS to connect. Is this supported? Also, it appears that when using this on multiple devices, not all folders are syncing correctly, including missing folders (not showing on certain devices) and unread mail counts also not syncing. Limited functionality for POP accounts
In the course of time I have come across several limitations in functionality for POP accounts in Zoho-Mail. The latest limitation I have come across is that there is no email reminder option for POP mail accounts. Now, as I see it most people (especially Zoho-One accounts) come to z-Mail with existing mail accounts, obviously. This means that most of your users will not benefit from the full set of features that z-Mail could offer. I strongly suggest to make this feature and all features available

Sending a new e-mail clears the inbox
Every time I send a new e-mail via outlook 2013 it clears completely the inbox in the outlook and webmail. It only happens when I write a new e-mail. No problem on answering a received e-mail. All the e-mails are in the ehxibition folder and I have to move them back to the inbox. How do i solve it?

Mac user here. Other email clients offer the ability to use key commands to perform certain tasks. This is sorely incomplete in Zoho mail. For example, Command-N in most email clients creates a new email (if you're on the email screen) or a new calendar entry (if you're in Calendar screen). This would make Zoho Mail so much more complete.

Why does my email not refresh on its own?
I have created folders and rules to automate sorting of emails I receive. Too often, I have noticed that my main view (https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do) does not show me any indication of new email until I go to any particular folder and then all of a sudden the unread count shows up with all the new unread emails.
