Change signature
Hi! I changed the signatures via https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do#mailaccounts after that, in the mail became the inactive menu for selecting signatures and the ability to edit signatures via https://mail.zoho.com/zm/#settings/all/signatures was lost. How it's happened and what to do?

Not receiving emails, but can send them
Our team is able to send emails, but we are unable to receive them. Furthermore, our attempts to send emails to the Zoho email address only results in error messages. Upon review, all MX records are pointing to Zoho. This has been an ongoing problem and any urgent assistance to resolve it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, G.

MX records and adding users
First problem - I added my mx records over a week ago and they still wont verify. They are correct. I have verified other domains, so I KNOW they are correct. What is the problem? Second problem - I am trying to add a new user email, but it is sending a verification. It didnt arrive on the phone, and I am creating the email, so it shouldn't be going to the email. Zoho Mail Lite & POP Mail Forwarding
When I've had zoho free accounts it always let me forward my email to my google mail and other co-workers could receive them in their personal email too. Now it seems to be a pro feature. If i were to sign up for Mail Lite am I limited to forwarding only to one other account or can I have the mail forwarded to my other co-workers too? I'm confused because it makes me choose the number of users. Thanks in advance! Jenni

How to access templates quicker during creating email?
Hello Everyone! I am getting used to using Zoho mail. I can not find the way to access to saved templated quicker during making a new email. I need to click on the Last tab with (... vertical), drop-down, and then select Template. This takes too many steps. Does any-one know how to make a shortcut of Template on the Menu next to the Send button or somewhere else? Thank in advanced.

Above 4 MB attachment Mails getting sent multiple times, Outlook sent items does not show sent mail where as Zoho sent items show multiple entries
Hi, when I am trying to send any mail with an attachment (file size above 4MB), it gets sent to recipient multiple times. the mail is also shown in Zoho sent items for the multiple times but at the same time it is not shown in outlook sent items and shows in outbox. this is happening since 10 days and it is really annoying when it gets hit at Client's mail box multiple times. i actually have to delete the mail from outbox after i see the ZOHO sent items (whr it shows the mail sent multiple times).

I need my incoming mail enabled immediately!!! It started fetching thousands of emails from my old account and my incoming was disabled numerous times. It now says I've reached the daily limit. I cannot see whether or not the 'email forwarding feature' is working or not, and it is a paying feature, and it bugs/delays a lot. The "solutions" that support gave me are not acceptable: 1) Check on destination e-mail: I don't have access to our partner's Google Mail, and this as "solution" doesn't make sense. 2) Send e-mail headers for your support to check whether they are being forwarded or not.
