Only Dark mail backgrounds available. How to get a lighter background?
When I go to settings, the only themes that I have available are dark themes. This make mail almost unreadable because black text is on a grey background. How can I get a lighter theme for Zoho Mail? I've attached a snip of my settings page showing only dark themes. Thank you, Brent

Zoho answered this over 3 years ago. I hope something has changed. Is there a "Forward to a Friend" or "Send to a Friend" function yet that tracks how many times someone forwards an email sent to them from Zoho?
Problems with creating more personal email accounts
Hi, I've tried reading this forum for an answer but haven't found it yet. Here is my problem: I have had serious problems creating an email account at Zoho to begin with. I opened an account but saw that I got a .eu-adress, which I do not want to have. I tried with a.com then got a message "The username which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region". So I thought I couldnt create one since I am in Europe. Kept trying and suddenly (dont know how) i created a .com-adress. I am switching
Urgent Password Reset but zoho representative STILL NO REPLY
It has been two days but there is no REPLY from ZOHO TEAM for a password reset. We have already provide all the required documents they need on their last email however we haven't hear from them after that. We need to reset the password on our admin account as soon as possible for our business to keep going. We are all disappointed on this issue. Please HELP !!!

Adding a new sender email address
Good Morning, I would like to add a sender email address (Drflea1@gmail.com) to my account so that when send out the Save the Date eblast - it comes from his email address I run into a problem. The Notification in red appears - what does it mean and how can I make this the send email address for all outgoing communications. "Sent" folder syncing doesn't work with Thunderbird and stock mail app on MAC
But since about one week ago, I found that my email client, Thunderbird, stopped downloading new mails in "Sent" folder. Emails are sent successfully, can be seen in "sent" folder on Zoho's webpage, but no where to see in Thunderbird. The problem is with both my iMac and Macbook running latest OS and Thunderbird. I tried Spark, another email client, which seemed to be working fine. I also tried Apple's default mail client, which was not working either. I tried to delete my account on Thunderbird

Hi! i make a zoho email with my domain two days ago. I changed the MX and I configured de DNS of my domain (on namecheap). But I cant recieve messages... I dont know why. Zoho Mail on multiple devices
In my experience, the free version of Zoho's Email Hosting is not suitable for using a single mail account on multiple devices, as there seems to be limits on the amount of concurrent connections to the IMAP server. And therefore email fetching is not stable. I am looking for a solution to operate the same email box and calendar, on at least three different devices. Is this possible with Zoho, for example by upgrading to standard, pro, etc? Please advice, Thank you.

Server Whitelisting
Our Service Provider has a very specific software which sends emails via SMTP. However, it does NOT support any form of encryption SSL/TLS. So they need Zoho to get their server whitelisted & allowed to send emails on behalf of tecitl.com. Or we can pay for a customize package that supports un-encryption login, pleases let us know
Auto Forwarding Stopped for no Reason
The auto forwarding stopped getting to my Gmail. I see the emails in my zoho mail box and forwarding is still enabled. I'm not sure why it stopped. Can someone look into this?? Thanks SM

MX records set on Cloudflare but not receiving mail
Hi, i've tested the configuration using https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=mx%3agreenbits.hr&run=toolpage, and everything seems to be fine, except "DMARC Record Published", could this be a reason for not receiving emails? The only requirement in instructions was to set up mx records. Done this a week ago, so propagation should occur by now, but i'm still getting response "553 Relaying disallowed" when trying to send an email from gmail at greenbits.hr domain. Server Rejecting Login
Hi, I first faced the problem of not being able to receive the emails on my outlook while everything was working fine on Zoho's webmail and mobile's mail. So in attempts to fix the problem, i tried resetting my account on outlook but setup keeps failing with the error that the server is rejecting login. I checked the configuration settings with my colleagues and your guide to configure on outlook, everything is perfect. I tried setting up on Thunderbird as well, but even there the setup is failing.

Softfail SPF record
Hello, We get a SPF-record softfail for our email address. Our SPF-record is: v=spf1 ip4:85.214.251.111 ip4:95.211.124.155 ip4:5.200.2.44 ip4:5.200.2.43 include:zoho.eu ~all Despite of "include:zoho.eu ~all" we still get the softfail. It says: does not designate 135.84.80.197 as permitted sender How come we get this softfail for this ip address and how can we solve this? Do we have to add this ip to the SPF-record or is there another solution? Hopefully we can fix this. Thanks in advance.
