Hi Every time after sending the email, I will check the sent box to see if everything is correct. But just now I sent an email and I did not find it in my sent box, and I sent it again, still could not find it. I am not sure if they were delivered successfully. Can you help, please? Update: Now I found all the emails disappeared. It seems that they were delayed. Hope this will not happen in the future.
Why do I already need an email address to sign up to Zoho mail?
Zoho is the only email provider I know of that requires new customers to already have an email address. This doesn't make any sense at all. I wonder how many potential customers have been put off by this. Please will you consider dropping this requirement? At least give new customers the option to nominate another account after they have signed up. Cheers.

Syncing mail contacts to Mac Contacts.
I've got mail work with my mail app on my Mac ( default mail app ) and it's working with IMAP. I can not however get my contacts to Sync from Zoho to my Mac Address book ( Contacts ). I tried msync and get no errors but also got no contacts. Setting up Contacts/Mail using only msync/exchange also does not work. Am I missing something or is this just not supported? Note: using msync does work on my iphone, but it's only one way. Adding a contact on my iPhone will not sync to Zoho. There is also

Hello, Every time I click on the Zoho mail icon in my Chrome browser it opens as if I want to compose a new message. * Why doesn't it open to my first unread message in my inbox ? Unable to update forward setting
Hi, I noticed that recently the new mail preference interface has become available and it's great! The problem is that in the mail forward setting, if I check to enable deletion upon automatic forwarding, when I get out of the setting, the action was not saved. So now everything that's been forwarded still have a copy in the inbox, whereas I simply want them to be auto deleted upon forwarding. Everything looks fine but I just can't update/save the setting! PST Migration transfers all my folders but NOT the emails within the folders
