Recover deleted emails
Dir sir, While trying to free space in my email I took the backup and deleted all the emails in my account. Unfortunately backup is not working and I need emails to be recovered. Please help.
Unable to verify accounts and now It's all messed up
Hello, Yesterday I tried to sign up for a free mail plan with my own domain. It requested to add a phone number, which I did, but I never received the verification text message - and I tried several times. I sent an email to support but I didn't get any reply. This morning I tried signing in but it is saying that the domain is taken by phone number *******02 - I tried entering via Zoho Accounts via another email and trying to connect the previous account with the new one. Hi. Created my acoount roberto@jvsalles.com.br and associated it with a phone number. After I put the confirmation number got a message that there was a problem with your servers. Put another phone and was ok but now when I try to continue the process tells me that the domain is associated with the other phone. Can you help me ? Thanks Roberto
Can send email but cannot receive - own domain

Serious problem with spamfilter
On account support amediateka.ru 300+ messages placed in spam folder. In admin console all antispam metods sets in allow email mode. This account has be used for users that wrote to support. How i can fully turn off any spam filters for this account? Adding domains to the white list in the domain and in the account, did not affect. Emails still go to spam. Zoho Mail is free, will it stay free forever ?? i have 20 users on free plan, can i buy plan for only 5 of this users and expand their storage ???? or i have to buy it for the whole 20 users ?

Send Mail As Issue
Hi, I am currently testing the free business plan with a view to upgrading to a paid plan once I am happy the core mail functionality is what I need for circa 6 users. I have a hosted domain but as multiple domains can't be hosted on the free plan, I am trying to set up 'Send Mail As' addresses. Although I have been through the required process of adding a new 'From' e-mail address and then verifying via the code that is e-mailed, I am not presented with the option of choosing that additional address
Email Blocked
Hello, My email account paulohenrique@amazzoniacontabilidade.com.br has been blocked. At the time payment invoices were sent to my customers and I did not know that ZOHO could block for such a reason. I ask for help and the unblocking so as not to disturb my service delivery. I can not access my E-mail due an error that says that my account is not active. Before I was trying to access my account and the system request me an new E-mail for confirm my account. Hello i have domain example.com ( just for demo ) and have mailbox address like info@example.com. As i found out that i can make custom login url like webmail.example.com to login to my inbox. However for some security reasons, i would like to use another domain say demo.com and my login url be like webmail.demo.com. Is this possible ??
Combined mail storage
Hello, I recently migrated my email server to Zoho for the basic plan. I have created 10 email ids for my organisation. For few email ids the storage quota has exceeded. I need to understand what do you mean by Combined Storage? I access my email via Outlook using IMAP so what does combined storage refer to? Also can I buy Standard plan for just 4 accounts of my 10 active accounts? Regards

Sorry if this is a duplicate but my activity shows 0 posts. I have the problem of this domain is already associated with this account My domain is allseasonsmicrogreens.com, just registered, not verified. When I log in (even using my phone number) I'm taken to my inbox, and when I click Enable Mailhosting, and try entering the domain on the next screen, I get the above error.

One of our users noticed that not all emails are synced to his Outlook. Through the web interface all emails are visible. We tried updating all software and reboot the system. Are there settings that should be changed? Thanks

I'm also getting this "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho" I was trying to verify my number then I realized i put in the wrong number (wrong digit) and I backed out of verifcation for the number to re-input my correct mobile number and now it says this. bateslab.com is my domain.
Not all emails in category being added
I've setup a category in mail that has about 38 contacts. When I goto reference the category I get about 14 emails that only come up. Why is this happening?

Problem with downloading attach files.
Hello, I am having problems with attachment on mails of zoho. If i attach a file for example an excel file .XLSX if i try to download the same file, the download box gave me a "FileDownload" with extension DOCX, as shown at the screenshot This is happening to every mail that i have, in every pc.
