Hello, My email account danielbueno@amazzoniacontabilidade.com.br has been blocked. At the time payment invoices were sent to my customers and I did not know that ZOHO could block for such a reason. Hi, I've already gotten my domain verified and edited the MX settings so that i can use zohomail with my domain. I could send it out email, but I couldn't receive it any. Some times i received email, If i sent 10 email i able to receive 1/2 email. my email: younus@ahammod.com Can anyone help me with this matter. Thanks.

Problem in getting emails to recipient's inbox
I am facing problem in getting my emails to recipient's inbox to those who have Gmail or qq.com email. My dkin and spf are properly updated in DNS RECORDS. Its a huge inconvenience and solution provided by zohomail support is to ask recipient to add my email as NOT A SPAM.. which is kinda unprofessional.. this is not why we have chosen Zoho over any other webmail. Do fix it asap

We are not able to send or receive emails from Zoho mail. When sending email it says that it is sent, but does not appear in sent folder, and is not received by the intended reciever. Also incoming mail is not being received. We've tested sending mail between Zoho accounts and to a Zoho account from an external account and neither have been received.

Outlook stopped downloading IMAP
Since saturday my outlook stopped downloading my emails, I haven't made any changes to the configuration. Not receiving email
I seem to no longer be getting email to my account. The last email I received was on November 14, 2017. I sent an email earlier today from the account and haven't had a reply back to it yet, which I would have expected, so I tried sending test emails to the account to see if they would be received. Calendar button not working

Can't login or reset password for newly created domain email
Few days back I created a zoho email for domains account for my company. At that time I entered mobile number of my senior but at that time he was not available, so I couldn't verify that mobile number. Now when I try to create new email for my domain it says this is already created and attached with the mobile number. When I try to reset password and enter this mobile number, it says this mobile number is not verified yet. Please let me know how can I verify the mobile number and get started with
Sent Folder mails and files gone!!
Can someone help me out with this problem, I need important information from my Sent Folder, but they seem to have banished or been deleted (obviously not by me), honestly I don't know, is there any way I can recover such information? I cannot verify user or phone for domain altairdental.com
Hello, I was creating a new referred zoho account for the domain altairdental.com. The SMS came like an hour after so when I entered the SMS code it did not work. When I try to login the phone number I get this : Oops, it seems you have not verified your primary mobile number yet. You need to have a verified primary mobile or email to reset your password. And if I try to start the process again it says there is already an account associated to the number **** **85 How can I verify the mobile number?????
