Emails from people in my address book
Hi all, it seems like an obviously good idea... Have a filter that will take any incoming email and check it against a user's address book and, if the sender is in the address book, put it into a folder called something like Known Senders. Does anyone else thing this seems like a good idea? I'd love to be able to just avoid all the spam and so one.
"Couldn't sign in" from Gmail App on Android
Hi, since about 2 weeks, I keep getting the message that the Gmail app (which is also a generic IMAP client) can't sign in. The credentials are correct since it does retrieve emails occasionally with the same settings. The app is configured to fetch emails every 15 minutes, but I keep getting that message every few minutes. Greetins, David

Hi Zoho Team, Since last few days we are receiving some spam mails using our domain that is bdsserv.com. I believe some thing is happening wrong. Emails forwarded to me are bouncing back to sender
Several emails that were forwarded to me bounced back to the sender. It seems to be happening only with emails that have long message threads, attachments, and lots of links. Is there a way to change the MailPolicy settings to allow messages like this through? It's a real problem as I often receive emails of this sort from clients. Outlook 2016 folder sync issue

Cannot access mail on full Zoho One account
First time trying to access the email app. When I try to access the app it routes me to the "Add Mobile Number" I get the message "This mobile number has already been added to your account....." Undelete Spam messages
The DELETE key and the NOT SPAM key are next to each other in the SPAM folder. Often times, I hit the DELETE key instead of NOT SPAM, and I lose the message in the SPAM folder. I thought when deleting a spam message, it would end up in the TRASH, but no it doesn't. I lose the message forever. Is a deleted SPAM message salvageable? Is there a way to UN-DELETE a SPAM message? Thank you. I just joined and found a lot of messages that are not spam end up in my spam folder.
BigRock cannot add ZOHO CNAME entries
I approached bigrock to add the ZOHO CNAME and MX records to my domain. They responded back by saying that they cannot add the CNAME entry ZOHO mentioned. Very frequent "Couldn't sign in" on Android Gmail app
This problem started suddenly started around a month ago. The android gmail app gives me a notification at short, but seemingly random time intervals saying it "Couldn't sign in". Occasionally it'll be able to sign in and show me all the emails I've received since the last time it managed to 'successfully' sign in. My details are correct or otherwise it wouldn't be able to send me the bunch of emails that it does. I'm confident I haven't changed any settings on my account since this issue started

Delays in Email sending/ receiving
Dear all, We regret to inform that we are currently experiencing some delays in email sending and deliveries. This has caused some of the emails to be held in backlog queues. Hello, I am missing some emails since today. I have put them into folders to organize it better. The folder of the National Library is completely empty so important emails are missing. I've had two emails bounce back to the senders when they're forwarding to me. In both cases, the emails have a long message thread, attachments, and lots of links. Can not get rid of old and/or erroneous contact data
Zoho mail seems to keep all contact data forever irrespective of edit or delete attempts. Contacts that I deleted still come up when I search contacts or type a name in the "To" of an email. Also, if I made a mistake when entering a new contact's email address and save it, then later I edit the contact to correct it, email will still insert the erroneous address into the "to". When I make a mistake on the contact name, save it, and then edit it later, the revised name is never found when I search

Android app not showing new pop messages until I open zoho on desktop
Hello, I have Zoho mail configured to download my messages from another pop account (@outlook.com). This was working properly before. But lately, when I check my mail in the Zoho App for Android, my new messages from the pop account do not show up (even though new messages to @zoho.com address *do* show up). If I log into Zoho webmail on desktop, then my new messages from the pop account appear in webmail. After checking mail in webmail, the new pop messages will then also show up in the mobile app.
