Pop is downloading thousand of e-mails
Hello. I had a problem with Outlook recently, and I had to reinstall it. Now it is downloading all stored emails from the server. I've tried to archive everything, **even moving all to a custom folder**, nothing works. It keeps downloading all emails from everywhere. What can be done to fix this?

IP address apears 3 times per log in
Hi I'm just wondering. I've accessed my email and have changed my password but everytime I log in, my IP address appears 3 times in the activity history with the same date and the same time.. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
3 IP addresses per log in
Every single time I log in, three IP addesses appear on the activity history (the IP addressess are all the same). I changed my password and logged in again...and it's still the same. Although the IP adressesss are the same with the same date and time log in, they always appear 3 times in the activity history. I there a reason for this?

slow to receive email
I just switched to Zoho for email hosting. So far I'm disappointed in the speed in which my emails are coming through. I've tested it using several different accounts of mine. Each time it takes several minutes to receive (3-10ish). It doesn't matter if I'm using my desktop (Outlook) or my phone (Bluemail). Do you have any suggestions? If this is normal, then I will have to look at using another email host. Thank you.

Changed Website to a New Host. Do I need to reverify my domain?
I initially created my domain emails with Zoho mail, as I was using Wix and they did not provide domain emails at no cost. I have now moved my domain to Bluehost. I have already set up my domain emails through Bluehost, but since their open source inboxes are terrible, I would like to access email through Zoho again. I was able to update my MX records on my new host, but there is no dns record for CNAME in my Bluehost c-panel because my domain was previously verified with Wix. Is there a way to re-verify

Hello Zoho, we have configured MX, SPF and DKIM for pierfrancescobattistini.it site, but when we try to send and email to the domain, we receive always this error "553 Relaying disallowed" why ? we have check all with mxtoolbox and all is right compiled.... can you help please?

553 Relaying disallowed Error
Hi, I had a problem with receiving emails. Your helpdesk asked to remove a cName (after me insisting and asking what was wrong and needed change), which was removed by the DNS Manager. Now I get "553 Relaying disallowed" My DNS Manager said that now I needed to talk to zoho support. I created a ticket on your help page and replied to the last zoho email I got from support with no answer to this moment from both. There are various emails on this account and I can't use them... Retrieving email error POP3/IMAP
We have our main email and a few personal emails as well and using a third-party app to keep all 4 of mine easily together. Both a friend and I can connect to all emails using this app but all of a sudden none of us can receive the emails from the main Zoho account. contact emails not prepopulating
Hi. When i start to type an email address into the 'to' box most of my contacts no longer prepopulate. I have checked my contacts and they are all still showing in the contacts. Only a small number of contacts now prepopulate? Could i have accidentally reset something or changed settings or is there a zoho error? Thanks

Marking Spam manually does not improve filtering at all
Hi Zoho, I am getting about 10 spam messages a day, despite having been marking them as Spam through the web interface for several weeks. The spam source seems to be the same, same message, no change in filtering ability at all. I already use DNS blacklisting (which works, but does not depend on what I mark as spam). Need to delete 15,000 emails from inbox

Since signing in today the auto-fill on the TO email does not work. Just a small number of emails show when I start to type but most do not.
