Separate web hosting causing email conflict
Hello, I'm a web designer and my client recently registered a domain name, and created a subdomain name through Zoho for his email a week ago. It worked fine until I signed up for a webhosting service elsewhere to work on his actual website, but once the name servers were changed, it caused email conflicts, and he can't sent or receive now. What is the solution so that he can continue using email through Zoho as before, while I can continue work on his website?

Outlook msync problems
Hi I am using zoho my company as well as my customers All of us are using msync for mobile and outlook We have an annoying problem in synchronization as all inbox and sent items are pretty good on mobiles. But on outlook some items is not appearing on sent items folder Also some received items is not appearing in inbox Although mobile and web are pretty fine We are using a varaity of outlook versions starting from 2007 till 2016 and all versions are suffering from that issue. Cannot receive mail from external domains
Our domain @neb.org.ua cannot receive emails from other domains for 3 hours since today. Outgoing mail working fine. Emails inside domain is also working fine. Settings where not changed. Please, look into this issue.

Can you provide a feature like removing attachments but retaining the message? There are cases when attachments are unnecessary but the message content is good. This would save a lot of disk space right?
Copying by IMAP Failing with UID Copy Failed
I'm using IMAP with this account. With two different mail clients, Postbox 5.0.19 for Mac and Mac Mail 10.3 I'm getting the error "UID COPY failed". This happens either when deleting (copying to Trash) or copying to any folder. Seems to be working fine from the web interface.
Deleting emails in IMAP client doesn't move them to trash in Zoho
I found a couple of similar posts about this, but the fix seems to be to set either the client and/or Zoho to expunge emails. Thing is, I don't want anything expunged or deleted permanently right away, but I do want the emails moved to trash, so they won't still be in my inbox when I access Zoho on a browser. I use Postbox at home on a Mac, and access Zoho on a browser at work (Windows PC). Is there a setting I can use that will move emails to trash when I delete them in Postbox, but not expunge

No email since 9/13 and NO response from support!!!!!!!!!
Where is my email that I have been denied access to since Wednesday?! I received only a few SPAM messages for two days (thanks for that, BTW), but NO legitimate emails and NO error messages of any kind since. By your own confirmations I have opened no fewer than FOUR problem reports and have received NOT ONE(!!!) response from Zoho! What are you doing with my account? What has become of my mail? Tried everything i can but spam is still coming through. Can ZOHO check and find out why. I have to dump atleast 5 emails an hour. I have turned on all that zoho provides but does nothing. To many random emails to block domains. Please help?

Can't setup Zoho Mail because of my phone number
Hi there, I have a trial running for Zoho All-in-One. And trying out some services: seems this would be a keeper for me! My Zoho account (info@tutorvine.ph) cannot send messages to @up.edu.ph domains, but can send emails to all others (Gmail included). However, the Zoho account can receive emails from @up.edu.ph. Also, other accounts (Gmail/Yahoo) can send to and receive emails from @up.edu.ph.
