Can not connect any more e-mail accounts to iPhone
Hello, I have previously successfully added newly created accounts to my iPhone e-mail. I followed the instructions from here: https://www.zoho.eu/mail/help/idevice-access.html and I was able to set up 2 accounts. I have now though created some time after another account but always receive this message " The username or password for "imap.zoho.eu" is incorrect. I have verified everything several times but still get this messages over and over again which before was never the case. If I cancel the
Mail going to spam despite white list.
I have email from American Express (aexp.com) going into spam despite being on the white list, as a domain and individual email address. I have to search manually through the hundreds of spam emails/day to make sure I get my aexp.com email. My black list is empty, so I don't know why this behavior is occurring.

My DNS records are properly setup, and as far as I can see my account is also setup correctly - however when I send an email to test, I see this: 553 Relaying disallowed Final-Recipient: rfc822; <redacted>@bhavintailor.uk Action: failed Status: 5.0.0 Remote-MTA: dns; mx.zoho.eu. Hi there, I don't know if i registered my account through gmail then i need to set up admin password first. And I deleted my orginal register gmail without setting admin password. Starting today (about 12h ago), all of a sudden the IMAP zoho server is no longer reachable. Ping fails too. $ ping imap.zoho.eu Pinging imap.zoho.eu [185.20.209.36] with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out. Emails from Zoho are getting spammed on Gmail
I've already updated SPF and DKIM records. I'm not sending bulk emails or using any third party mail clients. I'm using zoho web to send emails. Gmail shows as "It's similar to messages that were detected by our spam filters." Zoho to Zoho works fine too. What am I doing wrong ? Thank you.

I had to contact support today and they got me up and running after something conflicted with my email accounts. I got rmatte@southtek-resources.com up and running but now have this SMTP error. Can't download/open attachments of older emails
Hi! I'm having an issue downloading or opening attachments of emails that are a few months old. In the browser it's not a problem but on my phone I get an error that the file is damaged. Anyone having the same issue? I'm wondering if it's just a setting that I can't find. I'm not entirely sure where the cut is age-wise, but emails roughly older than 6-8 months are affected.
