Some email doesn't come through to my account - not in junk/spam
Our website sends emails when brochures are downloaded (to send users the brochure) and I can receive the emails fine in all domains except ZOHO mail domains. THey are not in spam or junk. I've waited a long time, plus i am getting other email OK. Any one else have an issue like this before? My account has been running for a long time. Thanks Matt

Hi, I have two email ids admin@cloudappa.com and support@cloudappa.com. Emails sent to admin@cloudappa.com are received without any problems. But emails sent to support@cloudappa.com are not being received. How do I fix this issue?

Trouble with setting up CNAME
Hi all, I am having trouble with setting up the CNAME. I am trying to verify my domain which was purchased from GoDaddy but pointed to Wix (hence the Wix nameserver, see GoDaddy Name Server.png as attached). I have been following the verification instruction but receive the error message constantly (see Error Message.png). I have also attached my Wix CNAME.png for your record. Assign/Route Emails not working
Hi, Maybe someone can assist me in understanding Routing/Assigning criteria. I have created a filter in my gmail account to automatically forward emails from certain addresses to our Zoho CRM, however when I create routing/assign automation in Zoho, it does not do what I am trying to accomplish. When the email from my gmail account are forwarded, I want them to automatically be assigned to me, as there are many other agents who use our Zoho CRM. Essentially I just want to to look at the "To Address"

Unable to verify domain with AWS Route 53
I´m trying to connect Zoho to AWS Route 53. My domain www.hightenedtechnologies.com is hosted with AWS Route 53 and I have entered the CNAME as well as the TXT in the DNS Records. Zoho is not verifying for some reason. When I do a nslookup it seems to see the dns zone nslookup zbxxxxxxx.www.hightenedtechnologies.com Server: 8.8.8.8 Address: 8.8.8.8#53 Non-authoritative answer: zbxxxxxxx.www.hightenedtechnologies.com canonical name = zmverify.zoho.com. zmverify.zoho.com canonical name = business.zoho.com.

I try to do the verification on domain by using both CNAME and TXT method. When i clicked on the Proceed to verification button. It hit this error "Unusual activity detected from this IP. Please try again after some time" and page non-stop loading. What is going on here? My domain register in aws route 53. Thank you.

Issue scheduling emails
Hello, I would like to schedule an email to send later. I did a test following these steps but the email remains in the outbox folder and it does not show up on the sent folder. I waited after the scheduled time and I am sure it was never sent. Why is this happening? Thank you very much,

Hi, I'm using Zoho as a my mail provider, and using Amazon - Route 53 as a DNS Server. (my domain is myclubz.club) I followed the guidelines, and added a new TXT record to the Route 53 record set named: zoho._domainkey.myclubz.club dor the DKIM and zoho1._domainkey.myclubz.club for the DomainKeys. I have many clients on Zoho. One is very unhappy. She says she keeps getting this error in her Outlook:; MsgSeqNum 205, New UID 33187. Prev UID: 33187, Next UID: 33189. Outlook 2016 and ZoHo
Hi All, I'm having a lot of trouble sending email from Zoho. Emails can be sent from WebMail, but when I click on the "Send Email" Link in the lead information, I get the attached error message. Who else has experienced this? Is it my MX Settings? I didn't delete my outlook MX Records and replace them with Zoho's, because then Outlook wouldn't work.

From the moment I started using Zoho Mail a little over two years ago, I have been getting a minimum of 50 spam emails a day from Brazil, offering me flights from Sao Paolo to Rio, cars, internet, perfume etc all priced in Brazilian Reals. As I live and work in London, England and have absolutely no connection to Brazil (I've never even been to Latin America) how has this happened? I never had any emails from Brazil before moving to Zoho. Is there a way to exclude ALL emails emanating from Brazil?
Not receiving all emails
I have recently discovered that I am not receiving emails from some senders that in the past I would get with no problems, I still seem to be receiving emails from most people and I am not sure what causes them to not come through for certain people and they are not showing up in my spam filter as well. Cannot connect IMAP, webmail is working
This morning @krasas.lv users can't connect to IMAP. Webmail is working. We are using Zoho mail for third month and this is already second time when we have few hours downtime. Please fix it as soon as possible! p.s. configuration from our side is not changed. So it seems that Zoho have problems with IMAP. Toms
