Hello When I delete items from my outlook which is linked to my Zoho account, it moves to the trash in outlook and updates Zoho perfectly( item is sent to Trash in Zoho). But what I don't want is the alert that comes with this in Zoho. It shows as a new mail even though it is in the Trash? Is there a way to turn of this alert? Thanks

Hello, I have been told by numerous clients lately that my emails are going into their spam. Why is this happening. It even starts happening in the middle of an email thread, after we exchanged emails normally, mine will start getting flagged as spam. I need help with this ASAP, I appreciate it!

Wordpress Activation email not being sent, using zoho mail
Users are not receiving the WP Activation emails. My 'from' email is a Zoho mail account. I've got 'Send all WP emails via SMTP' selected. For SMTP Options, the host is smtp.zoho.com, port 465, using SSL, and Yes: Use SMTP authn. I'm not able to send a Test Email either. Hello, I'm trying to connect spf to my site, I tried to login to my cpannel in hostgator, then I went to advanced dns zone editor, and tried to add a new record (txt), and on the "name" field I tried to put @, but hostgator won't allow me to move forward with this, it says: "A zone name must be a domain name, and can include a period at the end." what do I need to put in this box?

Zoho Sync for iPhone - Mark as read
I setup Zoho Sync on my iPhone according to these instructions: https://zsync.zohosites.com/iPhone.html I am now able to receive and send emails on my iPhone. However, when I read an email on my iPhone (iOS 10) it is not marked as read in the Zoho web app. Is it possible to make that happen? I realize I can also use IMAP, but I want push notifications.
