Not receiving emails
I signed up for an account yesterday. I tried out some tester emails, and everything seemed to be working fine, but as of this morning my Zoho account has not received any of my emails. I know this, because I have my account set up to forward my mail to a Gmail address as well. All of my mail shows up in the forwarding account, but it's not showing up in my proper Zoho account. I tried logging out and logging back in, but that didn't work. I've seen that a few other people have had the same issue,
Group Email Goes To Sub-Folder Not Inbox
Hi, We have domain ABC, and I setup a group (group@abc.com). The issue is, as emails to group@abc.com started getting received, each recipient had a folder automatically created called ABC Inbox, which is under the Inbox. How do I prevent this and have the emails sent to group@abc.com go to the individual's inboxes, not this sub-folder under each of their inboxes? Thanks!

S.O.S: Can Receive Emails but not Send (No Error Shown)
Team; We have our email server for acodeidea.com on zoho. I can receive emails but not send them. However there is no error when sending emails and the mails are in the sent box. Also, we are able to send and receive email within our organization. But NOT to gmail or email hosted on google servers. Can someone please help...??? Note: Checked the MX records and they are fine. Can send mail but not receive
Hello there! When I send an email from my Zoho account (sam@sam-xcx.com) to my gmail, it goes through. When I send an email from gmail to Zoho, it says that the address was not found and my message was unable to be delivered. I've checked through third party sites and it says that my MX is linked to Zoho. I also have used the same process and domain hosting company for another Zoho email account and it has went through before. How do I fix this?
Cant send mail, says account blocked and I cant unblock
Hi we are having terrible issues with zoho. We are unable to send mail using the account. It says the account is blocked and when I follow the steps to unblock it from the control panel it wont let me. I have already emailed support but got no reply. why do you show "Subscription" button so outstanding to paying users in zoho mail?
Hi, we are paying zoho mail customers and ask us why you show us all the day in a ver "big" way the "Subscription" button. And also the "Control Panel" button. Don't you think that theses options would be much better in "Settings"? It feels rare to see that all the day. I think this space could be used much better for something we need really every day. Why my sent emails go to SPAM?
Hello there! I'm using a third party software to run my e-commerce. When a client buys something, or do an specific action, this software sends automatic e-mails do my clients. But it is often comum that my e-mails go to SPAM. And I can't figure out why! They use an Amazon server to send those e-mails (sorry if I'm not saying anything stupid). Can someone please help me?! too much spam in zoho mail. considering leaving
I am receiving too much spam. I think Gmail has a feature where they identify exact emails sent over and over to multiple recipients and that way identify spam with very high rate maybe 98 %. without need of manual blocking filters. Is there a similar feature being already in development at zoho mail and what is its status ? I am considering moving from zoho mail as effectively it seems there is no spam protection except blocking filters which are useless in modern age.
