Unable to connect to Ranipursugarmills
Hey, So i have been trying to configure an iphone 6 with our company email but it keeps saying that "Ranipursugarmills" is currently unavailable. I tried changing the ports for the incoming and outgoing servers as per the guidelines on your website but it is still showing me the same problem. How could this problem be fixed. Signature Line Spacing On Replies
When sending email, my signature looks just fine however, when getting replies i can see that the line spacing has changed and I am not sure why. It has to be due to the way the HTML is done underneath the signature itself and how its interpreted by different email systems. Other signatures I have through systems like office 365 do not have this problem. My email address are mohammed.abrar@trunik.com and info@trunik.com and were working perfectly until a couple of days ago to my surprise since last week i am unable to login to my account. I have recently started using Zoho for email. When I created the account, my intent was to use it for the general email at my business. So, I want it to come from info@[my business]. the issue is that when I send an email to my other account to see what it looks like, the email appears in the form: [my real name] (info@[mybusinessname.com]) How do I make it not show my name? Hi, I'm having problems as well. I can send, but cannot receive e-mail. AFAIK, I set up the MX records correctly with my registrar. My hostname is catch22bbs.com, and i'm trying to send e-mail to ignatius@catch22bbs.com. I get no incoming connections whatsoever. Hello, I have the same problem. I have added my domain "claduanas.com" and received the verification code but it is not verified and I am not able to login to the account. I face with this error This domain is already associated with this account "*****36". Sign in. When I try to Sign in, again shows me another error which says Please enter valid Email/Mobile. Too many niggling issues that are not getting solved
Background: I have accounts on G-suite, self hosting, and Zoho. Of these, Zoho is the only one which has repeated issues: Even though in principle you support ActiveSync, we know that it works only from mobile, not Outlook on PC. So we are forced to use IMAP. Who knows when this will ever be fixed. Outlook (IMAP) on the front end deletes mail, same immediately syncs on the phone (AS), but web interface will take half hour before it shows the mails as deleted. My zoho account seems to have been hijacked by spammers... I’m repeatedly getting Delivery Status Notifications of undeliverable mail. The undeliverable e-mail has my zoho address as the sender, but they’re nothing that I sent; they’re to people I don’t know, and they’re for a weight-loss product. User accounts not working
Dear Zoho I received notification re: SPF and MX settings in May. I addressed this at the time and have tested details - they are all correct according to the checking tools you recommend. The notifications are still there. I raised a 'ticket' at the time and have received no reply. I have not been able to use email since nor can any of the other users for my domain (relay error).
