Host Not Reachable errors today from all types of email
Hi there. Of course I'm on a deadline. I'm suddenly getting "Host Not Reachable" Error 421 on emails. Is this a system problem over at Zoho or is there something I am doing wrong? One of them is my publisher. I must be able to work with him to finish up a magazine this week. Maybe this is just part of all the cyber attack stuff I keep hearing about?

Hello, I have a number of alias domains that are mapped to my primary domain. When I email using an alias domain from the Zoho Mail user interface, the emails are received without "On Behalf of" appearing. However, if I use the Zoho SMTP server externally (from a Wordpress site) using the alias domain and authenticating with my primary credentials, the receipient gets the "On Behalf of" message appearing even though the messages appear in my Sent folder as normal emails. The message shows with primary@email.com

Domain Emails marked as SPAM in clients mailboxes
Hi, My emails are going right into the spam folders of my clients which is severely impacting the business. I checked the domain and its not black listed and the setup is done as per the instructions given ( SPF records, domain keys etc are configured). Upon asking one of my clients to check their SPAM folders and have the email replied, I could see the subject line to be RE: [Malicious URL] Fwd: Company Application in the trial email when there was no urls in the email. Zoho Email App not displaying new messages
So I am using the Mail App on my Samsung Galaxy phone. I used to see the "new mail icon" in the upper left of my screen. I don't see it anymore. My Android notifications is on for the Zoho email. Hi When I create an email address as karan@dioconsulting.com . It creates the user but says no mailbox attached. When I try to create the mailbox it says email address already exists. CNAME verification failed
I am trying to verify my namecheap domain name using CNAME method but it keeps failing even though I followed the guide properly. Other methods like TXT and HTML also fail.

Login issues
If I type zoho.com into the browser, and login it takes me to zoho.eu and when I put in my username and password I get... showErrorAndReload('Please\x20reload\x20the\x20page\x20and\x20try\x20again.'); I have tried different browser, clearing cache etc,if I use zoho.com/login etc it works fine... Also, it now says my MX are wrong and when I go to godaddy setup it shows to put mx.zoho.eu etc where as I have mx.zoho.com and works fine.

Hi I created ZOHO MAIL account with GMAIL ID. Than added my domain and created different users and email ids. While creating " admin@mydoamin.com mail id, system notified that this email id already exists, but I am unable to find this ID in users. While logging into this ( admin@mydomain.com ), system notified me that PASSWORD RESET INSTRUCTIONS are sent to admin@mydomain.com ! which seems ILLOGICAL as I am unable to LOGIN to the account for want of password.
