Can't receive email from gmails sent from apple mail.
When I send a gmail from apple mail to myzohoemail@mydomain.com I don't get any delivery error message and I don't receive the email in my zoho account. Surprisingly, if I send an email from hotmail or icloud from my apple mail or from gmail.com it goes through. Anyone could help ? I created the account 24hrs ago.

Pasting images in body of email has stopped working
Pasting images in body of email has stopped working. Is this being addressed? This was already discussed 18 days ago and the tech (Below) said it was being fixed by mid next week in replying to the initial post. Please let us know when this is getting fixed. Thank You..

Outbound emails not sending
Hi I sent an email with too many attachments on Friday which seems to have exceeded our account size. It looks like Zoho is still trying to send the email which means no sent emails have gone through since Friday and I get a message saying email size exceeds limit. Unable to verify domain
Domain hosted with Crazy Domains. They talked me through changing CNAME settings however pointed out that I didn't have nameserver details. I've searched around Zoho site for them yet could only find MX records (?) that look like they could be nameserver entries (different terminology?) from this page, but didn't work.

No Secure Login HTTPS (ssl) on ZOHO Mail Custom Login URL...
I have setup a Custom Login URL for my ZOHO email account with my domain "mail.mydomain.com"... But I noticed that this Custom URL does not come up as an SSL secure site (https://)... It comes up as just a plain http:// site... However.. After I enter in my email address and password it does convert over to SSL " https://mail.zoho.com/zm/#mail/inbox "... Shouldn't the custom login page also be a secure SSL site to protect login credential...? If I use the standard ZOHO mal login url " www.zoho.com/mail/login.html

Need SMTP Logs. Mail not incoming from hover.com
I needed to check the SMTP logs, as the password reset mails from Hover.com are being rejected and I don't know why. Can you send me the SMTP logs on my email, as this was suggested to me by Hover.com Support. They are checking on their end as well. Thanks & Regards.

Control Panel button moved
The link to the Control Panel now shows up in bold red at the top of the Zoho Mail app. The link the the Control Panel used to show up under the gear icon under "Settings". It was much better under the gear icon. It's very intrusive and obnoxious at the top of the mail app in bold red.

Stream Integration
Is there anyway to get notifications of stream activity to my phone? Just a push notification. Or can I set it up to send emails for all stream activity? I have my calendar sending me emails when events are added to a group calendar, but can not sort out how to do it for a group stream? Otherwise I will never know of activity, so it has not been a very useful tool for our team. Thanks

Dont get emails by Outlook
Hi! I have a problem with my super administrator account at Outlook. It cant authenticate. I've tried change the password, the pop and smtp configs, and got not sucess. I dont know why, but this account is associated with my gmail personal email, that is my zoho login account. I created a second user and it works normally in my Outlook. Email not sync'ed when moving to folders
Messages still show up in the Inbox in the Zoho Mail Web UI after they have been moved to folders in my IMAP client (Mac Mail). After noticing this problem I have turned on Auto-Expunge but the messages have not sync'ed yet, they should be moved to folders. How along does it take to sync up? Is there another problem I should be looking at? Thanks in advance, Ramon.

Domain Issues
Hello, Yesterday I set up an email account with Zoho. My goal was to connect it to my domain - www.adkchili.com so that I can receive email with zoho instead of WIX (which is who I bought my domain and built the website with). When I followed the instructions to verify the domain, and changed the CNAME records, the website address pointed to zoho email. yikes So I eliminated all the cname records with WIX and I'm waiting for them to restore the original settings. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong
