DKIM PROBLEM

I am having a problem getting DKIM to verify my domain. I'm getting the "verification failed" message. I created a TXT record at my domain DNS manager a few days ago but it's still not verifying. I am not receiving emails to my zoho account. I noticed that the CNAME entry in Godaddy is not there anymore, so I think I should re enter de CNAME from zohomail. In order to do this I should entry the zb code, but I cannot find it. Can you provide me with my zb code? Also I noticed my domain appears to be verified. Please unblock my IP, I have since read the file types that are allowed and not allowed to be sent. Perhaps you should make users aware that if they try sending specific file types they will be blocked by internal servers of Zoho, Just after they sign up, or better before, and highlight it in the help docs, it seems this has been a reoccurring issue for Zoho.
