Gmail reply function?
Hi, Im super new to custom email addresses so please bear with me! I have set up info@candycubecreative with zoho. I then logged in and told it to forward any emails to my gmail account for ease of use. That all works fine. When I receive an email in gmail, I want to hi reply and I want that email to come form the info@ email not the gmail one its been forwarded to. How do I do this? Thanks

Can't use "(" & ")" characters in contacts via webmail. Can use them via EAS/Exchange.
When creating or updating a contact via your web-mail interface, if a left or right parenthesis is used, a generic "Error occurred" message is displayed when trying to save the contact. The same contact can be created/updated via EAS/Exchange, using "(" & ")". The contact is visible and works via your webmail. But, if it is later edited via your webmail interface, the "(" & ")" have to be removed for it to be saved. I tested via both Outlook 2016 and Android 6.01 stock email app, connecting to "msync.zoho.com"

Hi, For a time now I've been trying to configure my DNS, SPF, CNAME, host, and everything to make my Wix mail server available. I used a method I found on a forum thread and it worked temporarily, now the message "Unable to connect to messaging server" appears. I'd be very thankful if you were able to indicate a method for the configuration of the mail server on Wix, the ones I've found are for GoDaddy or other servers but not for this one. Unable to ad DKIM record in my DNS area

Any recommended client on MAC?
Hi guys. Have been using zoho for a while for my small business. I'm all happy with it except that on my iMAC I couldn't find a mail client that would sit well with zoho mail. I've tried like 10 clients. All have issues with zoho in connection. Simply put, if I use imappro.zoho.com, all the clients would pop up a error every now and then saying couldn't connect to the server. I switched to imap.zoho.com. Mostly it's good, only that sometimes especially when writing a email, it would pop up a error
Multiple Addressbooks
HI, I am sure this has been asked before - it would be incredibly useful to have multiple addressbooks, and not just categories (which are great as well). When I started evaluating Zoho Mail (New Version) I was able to share the email and tag users. I now can't figure out how to do that. I also noticed the "More Actions" button does not drop down any options which is where I believe is the place I would click the share option thus inserting the comment box at the bottom of the email. Missing Messages
I am finding that 90% of my email messages are missing. This includes sent messages, filed messages, read and flagged messages in my in box, etc.. I have attempted to see if they somehow became archived but they have not. These messages were not deleted either.
Loads of my mail suddenly started going into my spam folder even though I have filters for them!
Firstly - Why? Secondly, is there any way to quickly get them out of the spam folder? Seems I can only move them one by one.

I have a catch all address, and constantly get lots of emails to sales@mydomain.com. (This is not a valid mailbox). Is there a way to reject anything sent to that specific address? I'd rather not waste space or junk it if I can avoid it
