Is it possible so send email from group addresses in a 3rd party client such as Mail ?
I can receive emails to these groups but I can't reply using mail with a generic address such as info@xyz.com. I'm perfectly capable of doing it directly on zoho.com I looked in a few places but haven't found the right answer yet. Thank you very much, Alex

Hi I created an address Deepak.c@vivono.in. Then later changed Id to Deepak.new@vivono.in by adding alias and setting it as primary. Now I can send emails but if someone sends email Deepak.new@vivono.in I do not see it in inbox. While I can send from new id Pl let me know if I am doing something wrong

Why are all e-mail forwarding verifications required to be logged in as administrator?
I recently set up several e-mail accounts for my users and added forwarding addresses so that they can get a notification at another e-mail address for those that wanted it. The user's verification e-mails don't have a link to click and verify, rather they have some instructions that requires them to log in as *administrator*, locate their e-mail address, and Click "Verify Now" to enter their verification code. Why are all users required to log in as administrator to verify their forwarding accounts?

I had email forwarding set up but I don't need it any more. I have disabled it in my settings but the emails are still being forwarded. Has anyone else seen this and been able to get the forwarding to stop? Thanks.
Wow, no IMAP folder updates unless i sign into or refresh webmail. This defeats the purpose
new email doesnt update in the web browser unless i refresh, but an an even WORSE problem is my imap folder shows nothing new unless I refresh in the browser. This makes imap useless, what can you do to fix this? ive tried it with opera mail client and thunderbird. Neither updated anything until i logged into zoho mail on the web or until i click refresh on the webmail (if im already logged in in the first place) also, your IMAP certificates say low security. and are outdated if i remember correctly

Outgoing mail blocked, can't unblock
Hello, One of our user's mail outgoing account is disabled. Actually, the account was probably hacked, as there was many spams in "sent messages" (of course we didn't sent spams). We changed password and activated 2 steps auth to secure the account, now we want it unblocked. Why Are You Not Telling Us What You Are Doing to Fix Sending Problems?
Zoho Team: Many have written on this forum about the fact that they have not been able send emails from Outlook, Entourage, etc over the last 2-3 days. Obviously, the problem is on Zoho's side, or you have changed something, because our emails were sending ok until 2-3 days ago. The appropriate thing for Zoho to do is to tell us what you are doing to correct the problem and give us an estimate on how long it will take to fix it.

Filter is not working.
I have a catch-all email setup but there is one specific address that gets a lot of spam (let's say it's email123@mydomain.com) I have set a filter that says if "To is: email123@mydomain.com" Move to Trash. But I still get these emails in my mailbox or the spam folder. This shows that the filter does exactly nothing. What can I do?
