Activesync (EAS) not working properly on android mobile
I've read that this should be supported by Zoho. It's sorta works but will not sync when I delete email items on my computer in Outlook or the Zoho web mail. I see that it goes to the trash folder in Outlook and I see that it goes to the trash when logged into mail.zoho.com. But in the Android mail app (Gmail) it doesn't sync the trash folder and items deleted in Outlook on my PC remain in the inbox on my phone. The opposite appears to work: Items deleted on my phone sync back and shows up deleted

Hi, I am having experienced problems with the setting up of the right SPF record. I have tried with the following values: v=spf1 redirect=spf.dominioabsoluto.net include:zoho.com ~all v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all v=spf1 include:zoho.eu ~all but none of the pass the validation.

IMHO the ability to categorize a task with more than one attribute would be more productive. It would let implement a GTD routine.
Moving certain messages to a folder doesn't work
Hi Support, I'm trying to organize my mail through filters and moving them automatically to folders. For example I want every email I receive from facebookmail.com to be received in folder FACEBOOK. 1) I've created a filter for it in the following way: 2) Then I selected the Run through filter on Inbox manually, but all the mails received from Facebook remained in Inbox. 3) I also tried to search for these emails and move them manually, but that didn't work either. Old Emails Missing
Hi, I am very surprised to see that all my emails prior to Jan 10 are missing. This also includes all emails in Sent Items. Only emails in ZMNotifications are still available. I certainly haven't deleted them, and I do not see an Archive option in the View menu, so I'm not sure what's happened. Can you please have a look and share your feedback? Thank you.

Blackberry Mail App - Cant See Emails
I have the Zoho Mail App for Blackberry from the Amazon store installed on my Blackberry Leap (latest Blackberry OS installed). Everything was working great on it at first. I was able to send and review received emails without issue, use the calendar and so on. But all of a sudden I can no longer see any emails in any of my folders on the app. I can send emails without any issue, but none of the emails in my inbox or any other folder appear on the application. Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked Under my admin panel, our company CEO account is blocked. When I try to unblock it, it says I need to have a paid account. This is extremely disruptive to our business. We are an Clean-tech R&D firm, why on earth would our CEO account be blocked without ANY notification?
Emails from my ZOHO account undeliverable to Hotmail
I get the error below when trying to send email from my ZOHO email address to Hotmail addresses. I did this from within Outlook as a test to one of my own Hotmail addresses. Receiving duplicate emails on my phone every time I send email
Every time I send email in Zoho (on the web) I get a copy of that email on my phone which is set up as a POP account. This is happening on both my Android phone as well as another company user's iPhone. This is very annoying how can I stop this?

I logged into my email on my computer yesterday and it appeared to want to reload all of my emails plus now I look my filters have all gone. If I go to my mobile phone (android), it still appears as normal. Filters seem to be working and emails list looks correct??
