I've asked support to unblock it, but nothing has happened. I had to email from a private gmail account because I couldn't even email them to unblock. I'm unable to work and this was a spammer... not my fault. I've changed passwords and enabled two factor authentication, but i'm still unable to unblock.

IMAP Access not working
Hello, I set up a new account to test how zoho works for a solution going forward for a company email. I'm stuck already though. I've set up the account with two users, enabled IMAP for both. Neither can connect though, I've tried on my iPhone, through outlook and with some online test tools.. Am i missing something?

Cannot load new mails with outlook
Hi There, My email has been working few week, then, suddenly, it cannot load any new email by outlook, though connection still works well. sending mails is still okie by outlook I can see coming email emails from android (cell phone), but it doesn't appear in my outlook. Can't Change GIGANTIC TEXT on mail page.
Logged on a couple of days ago and all the text on my mail page was HUGE. It takes me forever and whole lot of maneuvering with scroll bars to read even the shortest email. I rebooted and, of course, checked the text settings. No change. - I have emailed Zoho support twice and have not heard from them. Frustrating and disappointing because I really like the program and hate to leave it - but don't have the time to deal with something like this. Help? Please respond to alternate email:

Some of our emails to long standing vendors are getting blocked for two possible reasons: When I run mxtoolbox on 74.201.84.163 (the smtp server our account is using today, we get: 1) one error because this server is listed on one of the black lists mxtoolbox tracks; and 2) one warning because reverse DNS record does not match smtp banner. Conflict between Firefox with Noscript and ZOHO mail
I have been using Firefox with NOscript addon for many years and I have used zoho mail for the last five years or so. Recently zohomail gets hung up when clicking on my email or changing folders. There is a url trying to load called zohostatic.com and Noscript has full permission to allow it but.... it just stops. I have scrubbed Firefox from my computer and reloaded latest version and an older version and it changed nothing. It only happens on this computer (Dell W7) with no other addon at all.

Not Receiving Email from a specific sender
Hey everyone. I've just signed up for an account to give it a try. I've got everything setup and can now send emails from my domain, and receive emails as well. However, I am not able to receive emails from one specific sender - whose IP address is not listed on any spam or blacklist, and has an spf record. I'm also not able to receive emails sent from the zoho account to a hotmail account - its not in the spam folder either. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi, I signed up on zoho to make a customised Email Address. However, it asks me to enter my Phone Number to sync my phone number with the account for security purposes. When I enter my Mobile Number and Password, it keeps returning the message 'invalid password' due to which I am not able to send code to my phone and move further in the process of creating my Email address. GMAIL Problems
We are having issues sending emails to GMAIL from our domain which is hosted by Zoho. We have checked with MXToolbox and we are clean.
