IMAP Blocked Due To Excess Use
I cannot find my original post, I assumed it was removed! Anyway, I asked about the IMAP server blocking me every so often when I run outlook filters. How can I work with these limitations, I think its time to look at another email service provider.

The form refused to accept my phone number since it's already added, but kept asking to tie phone number to my account for security. Domain setting wiped out, some weird bug
Several days ago I set up Zoho Mail to use with my domain with no problems but I'm experiencing wierd problems now. When I tried to sign in into Zoho Mail service, I was prompted to tie my phone number to account (again!). I procceeded with my backup phone, but now Zoho Mail doesn't seem to recognize my domain settings at all, it's all blank and I can't setup my domain since it's already registered with Zoho Mail. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello & Good evening I have checked all DNS records and verified multiple times as per Zoho configuration sheet. All are same as recommended by Zoho. Client Authnication failure with Incoming POP server
I have tried many times, checked and rechecked my password/username, tried various ports, tried various SSL/TLS settings. but pop.zoho.com just will not authenticate in my email client. Outgoing smtp works fine. Pop is enabled in my Zoho account. I am using Incoming: pop.zoho.com Port: 995 Security Implicit TLS/SSL password/username = same as my Super Admin login Can you help?
Will pop3 retieve external email through a client?
When I use Zoho mail through a Windows client (Pop3) will I be able to read my external email accounts that I have connected to Zoho through POP? I know the IMAP protocol cannot do this. Just wondering about POP. I want to use Zoho in my client to retrieve mail from gmail over VPN. Google hates VPN and will not allow client access while I am using it. Thanks a lot.
Loss of emails?
Hello I've just moved our business of around 10 emails over to zoho and we're noticing that some emails around the office are getting lost. Our domain : http://bradburyoutreach.com All was fine up until today where emails have been arriving considerably late (1/2am in the morning when we close at 5pm) or not simply arriving at all. I've checked spam, I've gone into control panel and looked for any emails that need retrying, but no emails were there. Any help on this issue?

how long does it take for your email to work? i setup a new account today. domain is verified. mx records added. however when i send an email from webmail, nothing is shown in sent items and no emails are arriving at recipient end.

I there, I'm trying to forward all email received via the Settings option. When I add an email address I never receive the Verification email. I suppose you are having an issue in there. Long time ago was working.
