Mobile read mail disappearing, despite settings set to not delete
I have a problem that when I read mail on my android device, it disappears from my Zoho mail server. It does not go to Trash, Inbox, or Spam; it is just gone from the server. I verified that my desktop application's POP and IMAP settings do not delete from the server, but cannot find a similar setting in the mobile application. If the desktop IMAP settings do not apply to the mobile, where are they? I do not find anything server related in the gear icon or in app manager....

Setting up a new account; verifying the domain
I may have used my "new" address, not an existing one, to set up my Zoho mail account. I don't think I set up an admin account. Unless, I have set it up with my name and not "admin" account. Therefore, I cannot access any messages. When I went to verify my domain, I tried to submit my "zb" access code, I get a message CNAME verification failed, ' There are no CNAME Records found for your domain.' Should I delete my account and try to set it up again? Would I lose my domain if I did?

Unable to complete custom domain email setup
I tried to setup one mail account for the domain name www.sangam.org.np but due to unavailability of mobile during registration I was unable to verify that time. And when I tried to complete later I was unable to do so. I had to either go with new registration or reset and go ahead but zoho now tells me that my domain name is associated with that account and I can't also login the account as In login page the zoho tells that the email is invalid.
