New emails not notified in Outlook 2016
Hi, I have about 20 email accounts in my organization. All emails has the following problem, New emails not shown in inbox. Its will show after i click some random folders in my mailbox then inbox. Send and receive freezes for some time ,then i have to close and reopen the outlook to get it work. If i got a mail in inbox, In mobile i get that mail instantly, in outlook it takes 5 min. Can you advise me whats really wrong here ?

I just received an email stating my account was blocked for the following reason: Reason for the block : Mail Box disabled. Mail Fetch has also been disabled for any active POP accounts. Address already in use - from older try
I can't use my domain bochabrasil.com.br in Zoho mail. The error message says that this domain is already in use, and it is. Years ago I tried to use Zoho mail with that domain, but I can't remember my credentials. How can I recover my access to this account? I just created a new account (that one), but need to login on the other one so I can use my domain with Zoho mail.

Hi, I use Zoho Mail for my domain matczak.org.pl. One of the users set up e-mail forwarding from her GMail account to Zoho account. For a few months now some mails get delivered and some get rejected. There is no apparent key as to what gets delivered and what rejected. Many times e-mails from the same sender (Facebook notifications or an online shop status updates, for example) get delivered once and rejected a couple of minutes/hours later. I found that people report this being linked to spam filtering.

Hi! This evening I received two email at the exact same time. I had been waiting on one of them all day as it was an important email which I was expecting to receive earlier today. Hi, I wrote to support at zohomail dot com already but no responce from there... We use zohomail for our domain xeniumcompany.com. One of our users nelly at xeniumcompany.com has gmail forwarding which returns the following Some recipients of nelly at xenium.bg might not receive your message. We will attempt to deliver your message to the following recipients, but they failed to receive some other recent messages.
