My Website Emails are not being received by the group
My Website mycountrytown.com does not send emails to support@mycountrytown.com When I try with another email service they work so it must be being bounced at the server. I have added the SPF record as described in another call and still nothing. Thanks

Not able to receive emails on Zoho despite MX config
Hi Guys, I have a domain westspark.com on go Daddy. I have configured the zoho email as directed in the instructions. I have even added the MX records, CNAME records in go Daddy under domain management. It has been more than 24 hours as well. I am able to send emails from Zoho to any email id, but not able to receive any emails to Zoho email id. Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain westspark.com by smtp.secureserver.net.

Hello, Is there anyway to create a shared mailbox and then individual users can reply to email that are sent to this shared email address? Hi, There is one email account that we cannot send mails to any of the email addresses created under smrosen.com,au domain name. Strange thing is all the other email accounts created under our account can send mails to smrosen.com.au without a problem. We checked there was no any blocking being added from the smrosen.com.au mail server too. Can't Connect IMAP
Outlook unable to sync with Zoho...saying unable to connect to server.

So I've been trying to send a copy of my latest pay slip to my accountant but it never gets through. He sent me a copy of his email address to me, just to make sure I had the address right. So I can receive emails, just not send them. Anyone got any ideas on why this is?

Hi, I've been using Zoho Mail for about a year. Everything went smoothly until about a week ago. Hello . . . I recently configured Zoho mail to be my e-mail client. The send appears to be working, I sent several e-mails and they all arrived to the correct addresses. However e-mails sent to me are still going to my old Outlook account. My domain is hosted with GoDaddy, I've configured the MX records per the instructions and used MXToolBox to verify. There is one error message that reads for SMTP "Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner". Is that the problem and, if so, how do I fix it?

Hello I've correctly set the DNS for DKIM and http://dkimcore.org/c/keycheck verifies as a good key. But the Zoho Mail Setup fails to verify it. It appears that the Zoho Mail Setup does not properly handle multiple strings. Can this problem be confirmed and a fix issued as it is normal practice for long TXT entries to be multi-string. Otherwise please advise how to continue with setting this up. TIA.

Hello, I just set up an accound for business email with Zoho.com and everything seems working but sending e-mails to provider Seznam.cz (I tried multiple e-mail addresses there and none of them recived any e-mail; plus on Zoho I received MailerDamon notice; on the contrary sending e-mails to Gmail works just fine and quick). Is there any way to save emails to google docs? Or, in fact, any way to save emails outside of Zoho? I need to archive a bunch of emails off line.

Hi, We have e-mail addresses that is integrated with Outlook 2007. Some using IMAP and Some using POP3. We are regularly facing duplicate and sometimes more in our Inbox. One account receives ok, one doesn't
New user here. I set up two email usernames, jim and info at corleyrentals.com. The jim account is the super-admin and it works fine for sending and receiving. The info account can send mail but any messages directed to it from outside are never delivered - no bounces yet. Incoming email is enabled. I have tried sending from multiple services, none get through. Is there a setting I missed (like I missed enabling IMAP on the info account at first)? Thanks.
Whitlist doesn't work
I contacted the support regarding this, but I haven't heard from you. So I'll start a thread here instead. My problem is that I whitelisted a domain and an email address - but lots of mail from that particular address still gets routed to my spam folder. The issue seems to be that the emails are autogenerated, so they fail the Received-SPF. How can I make sure that emails from this address ALWAYS get to my inbox. No matter what. Please advice.
