Long delay in email updating
Over one month ago my email began not updating in a timely interval. Instead it might update every 24 hours or longer. When I click on the refresh button (right of the Compose button) the email will suddenly start pouring in, however it appears out of chronological order. I have to click on the Date sort button twice; first to sort it properly except that results in oldest mail on top, the second time to sort it with newest email on top, which is my preference. why i can't receive verify code for zoho mail?
I've been using zoho mail: book@vnnetbook.com for 4 months and it's great for my job. I protect my account by using verify code, but recently I can't log in because I have not ceceived any code. email outgoing mail error
One of the mail user( claims@krupamyihospitals.in) outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see Outgoing disabled in red. Geary and Zoho Mail using IMAP Bug
Hi folks! This is a bug that I'm passing trough with Geary and Zoho Mail using IMAP. Hi, While setting up my account, I used a dummy user name to test things and afterward I deleted that. But now, I am trying to create a new user using the same email, but the system tells me the email already exist. Is there any way to free up the email? Cannot create email again after deleting the user and email address
Hi, I deleted one of the employees for our organization. But even though the user is purged from the organization, I can't set the email-adress as a secondary Email-Adress for the super-admin account. The problem is, that I created a seperate account with marty [at] milliard [dot] marketing to test the ZOHO services, but now just want it as a secondary mail-account for the super-admin that is registered to info [at] milliard [dot] marketing. Could you delete marty [at] milliard [dot] marketing completely?
