Hello, I'm trying to setup STMP on my website so that I can receive the emails at zoho. I have setup the zoho info successfully in cpanel and I can receive email just fine at zoho. What I want to do is use the SMTP feature of my website so that I can receive emails when someone uses the contact form in my website. Cannot create email again after deleteing the user and email address
Hi Zoho Team, We deleted one of our email to create a group email. But it doesn't allow to create Group email saying "The email Already Exists". When we try to create the email as a user email, that is also not allowed. Finally we found that, the user should be deleted from Zoho database. So please can you delete the following user name from the Zoho database; careers@tekxeon.com

When clicking "Reply", in the old version (which I much prefer to the new one) I get "Loading" - which disappears after a few seconds with nothing happening. In the new version I can compose a reply, but upon sending I get "Unable to reach the server. Please check your network connections." But my network is doing fine otherwise. Account Blocked and Unable to Unblock!

This is the second time this is happening - why do we have to keep coming back to the forum to request for unblocking? Why does the unblock feature not work in the Control Panel??? Unable to add Alias Address
Hi, I could have sworn that I have posted this question few days ago. But it doesn't showed up in the forum. Anyway, I have recently changed a domain by removing existing domain and add a new one. After I verified my domain, Zoho asked me to create my "domain based email account". I've tried, but I am not able to create one. It always display error "Unable to add Alias Address". I can confirm that I have entered the full phone number correctly and the country code for New Zealand is correct (in the format +6421...241). Trying to set up Google Apps account with Zoho Enterprise. There are zero relevant instructions anywhere on the Zoho site or in this forum after a dozen different searches. I'm in a circle of EOF on Socket errors followed by Auth error messages that appear to be from Google together with a link to a page that is entirely unhelpful. Hi. Like many other users I find my account has been blocked. I get the message "Account temporariry blocked for IMAP use. This may be happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Kindly try after some time." Well I've waited several days and I still can't access my mail. I am trying to forward a message to an account I have on centurylink.net and it is marked as spam. I tried setting it as a new message and sending it - also blocked as spam. I then copied the message and sent it and it was still blocked as spam. The message has two lines of text and one image that points to an azure cloud image. How do I determine why the message is bein blocked as spam. It never reaches my CenturyLink mailbox where I have allowed messages for both the domain and the specific email
Link icon in email signature won't show
I inserted the facebook and instagram icons and highlighted each one separately to add in the specific link. I did a test email. If I use a computer or laptop to open up the email, both icons would show and both links would work. If I use my pre-installed iphone app to open up the email, both links would still work but both icons won't show up. Just two blank boxes show.

Hi, I have tried several time to authenticate my domain key but fails. My domain is: highpoint.my I have follow the tutorial.
