Incoming email are being bounced back to clients
Hi, I am unable to receive emails and various clients have contacted me this this morning advising that the emails that they are attempting to send to me are being bounced back.

Buenos dias, he creado una cuenta en su zoho.com con el dominio funberryinternational.com, con dos usuarios: adminweb@funberryinternational.com l.herruzo@funberryinternational.com he anotado bien los mx en mi hosting que es HOSTINGER.COM pero no puedo recibir correos de cuentas ajenas. This is for internal use, so there is a limited recipient list (these notifications are sent to no more than 20 addresses). But depending on the events that trigger the specific message, in a given time period there may be more than usual number of outgoing emails. Hello, so im trying to setup zoho mail for my company. So far I love it and I found every option I needed ... However... one last thing I cant figure out: I want a couple of ladies in a group called "customer service"... That group has a couple of Email adresses (rather aliases)... So now one lady is answering an email (within that group)... at the moment, when lady two loggs in, she still sees the same email as unread, because she of course loggs in with her own account. Just a few emails are not delivered to Zoho
We are very happy about our experience in using Zoho Mail. We can't understand why the e-mails sent us from a single company (it means all the email from name@companyname.com) are not delivered to this wonderful platform but are delivered to the old client. All other emails are properly delivered to Zoho. Someone else experience the same issue? How could we fix it?

Urgent - HREF Missing from emails
We are sending email from Bluewinger platform to users. But for users who are on zoho email, the HREF is removed. While other users are able to view and click on HREF. I am attaching the screenhsots where you can see that a gmail user is able to see and click on the HREF link, but the zoho user the HREF is not there . I have two category lists with contacts, one with 30 contacts, one with about 220. When attempting to send an email to both lists, I received an error message: Then I tried sending the message to the smaller list alone and received the same message. Unable to receive emails - MX records
Hello, Yesterday we set up 2 new email addresses with Zoho. Our domain was verified and the MX records added via our DNS manager. However, over 24 hours later a message still being received "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho". I've seen similar topics on this issue, but none seem to have a single solution, would anybody from support be able to assist? We are able to send emails with both addresses, but they cannot currently be received. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
iPhone email fonts and Desktop fonts are different
Of the less than ~10 fonts for both iPhone / desktop, there is not one overlapping font. Thus, if I reply on my iPhone to a customer, the body of the email will always look different than the signature wording? Created new group mail but it automatically deleted one existing user account
Today i have created a new zoho Group mail and added 2 existing members. Made group access level as Group Members and then changed to public. Send a test mail to the group mail. But one of the group member was automatically deleted from user account. I couldnt find this user in the email accounts list. Then i have the same email account but old mails were not present. I have now deleted this new account i created. I want to restore all emails and contact details. Please help us fix this issue and
Zoho Mail App - Displaying emails in mobile responsive view?
