How do I combined two zoho mail accounts? I tried adding a POP3 account under the settings (mail accounts), but It's not working. It keep giving me this note "Read Timed Out" What do I do?

Emails being deleted through smart phones
Just recently switched to Zoho mail. When setting up the account on our smart phones everything works fine except for when we delete a message off our smart phone it deletes it off the main account. We don't want that. I used the setting in the IMAP and have the button clicked for "do not automatically expunge messages". If we delete the account off our phones and reinstall it again it will work properly for a brief time and then go back to deleting messages if we delete them using our phone.
how do I add a new user to account?
I would like to add a new email address under our zoho account. How do I go about doing this? I see that there is a post about 40 minutes ago regarding the same thing, so maybe there is a block on my account as well? can you please advise asap? Thanks so much!

Cannot receive emails in Outlook.com
I can input the pop3/stmp into Microsoft Outlook just fine and it works. When I enter them into Outlook.com. It says "This account cannot currently receive email.". I checked the smtp: smtp.zoho.com and it is correct and the SSL/TLS is checked but I still cannot receive emails.

Vacation Reply to wrong address (still waiting for response)
I have a problem I am using this email - help (at) caregiver-aid . com for my "contact page" on my website. I have vacation reply set to respond to customer requests for help. (Message received - will respond, etc.) Because of Yahoo DMARC policy my Contact Us form requires I provide a "return-path address" See attachment. So now the problem. I've just obtained a domain and email account address from zoho, and am now trying to access my email account on my iPhone. However, although it looks ok on my phone after adding the account when I access the Exchange I get the message "the connection to the server failed". \can anybody advise what I need to do please.

Mailing list support - substituting from: field
I subscribe to multiple mailing lists. When I view a message posted to a mailing list I see the mailing list address as the FROM: address in the email. That makes sense since I usually want to reply to the list address. However, Zoho mail does not show me the actual FROM: source anywhere and I need to know who contributed the message to the mailing list. How can I configure Zoho Mail's web client to show me the person who posted the message?

Split Delivery Working Fine Except Cannot Send Mail to Internal Mail on Google Apps
We have Some emails based in Google apps and are using Google apps as primary for the split delivery system. all mails are being received in the zoho mail box perfectly But. when I try to send mail from xyz@mydomain.com (which is in ZOHO) to abc@mydomain.com (which is in GMAIL) the mail is bouncing (undelivered) but the Vice-versa (gmail to zoho) is working fine...

Migrate of emails doen't want to work.
I have tried over a dozen times to migrate my old emails from my previous host. The emails alert me that everything was successful. When I check my inboxes, nothing is there. When I explore the files, it tells me, contradictory, that there were errors. The name of the previous server has been confirmed several times, yet nothing moves.

Migration and storage
Hi, I'm looking forward to migrating my Hotmail inbox to Zoho, however there is an issue. I have a really big message archive - probably over 5 GB, but I can't be sure as Hotmail won't show me the storage space used. I've looked into how to check that but it seems I would have to download everything in order to see it - but that would take a lot of time. So my question is: what would happen if I started a Zoho migration and ran out of storage space?

It seems to me Zoho has changed their mail view completely into conversations So I cannot access Inbox, Drafts, Templates and Sent Mails separately I am seeing all mails with a label as Inbox, Sent Mail etc...
