Hebrew - text direction and in subject line
When I get emails with Hebrew in the subjecy line it is displayed like this: =?iso-8859-8-i?B?9+Hs5A==?=. we are using UTF-8 but that doesn't help. Also, how can I change the text to come from right to left, including punctuation? I can align it to the right, but the punctuation is all off. I want to change the text direction and not alignment. All mail received is going into my spam folder.
Every piece of mail I receive on zoho.com goes into my spam folder. Even after marking emails as not spam this is the destination of my emails. What do I have to do to have email delivered into my Inbox?
Unable to setup email forwarding
I am trying to setup email forwarding for my account, but I am not receiving an confirmation email. I have tried forwarding the 3 different emails just to see if I can get anything to working but I don't receive the confirmation email on any of them. Is there anything I can do? I am doing this in the "Email Forwarding and POP/IMAP" section and putting the emails I am trying to forward to on the "Forward a copy of incoming message to:" line.

Getting the same email message repeatedly
One of my contacts (a senior employee of mine) sent me an email this morning, which was simply a jpeg of his monthly invoice, however the message keeps coming repeatedly every hour or so, I keep deleting it, I have responded to the original etc... but it just keeps coming! Any ideas??

Problem with reset password
I have a company email account with zoho - admin account - admin@mycompany.com For some reason it did not accept the password (msg Invalid Password) - so I clicked on forgot password Now it asked me to enter my email where zoho will send a link to reset the password Since I cannot access my admin@mycompany.com email, I gave my personal email - personal@mail.com I got a mail with link to reset my password and tried signin in to admin@mycompany.com with new password but it keeps giving me Invalid Password

I searched and followed the instructions here: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/can-t-delete-mail-from-email-client The instructions did not work for me. The weird thing is that "sometimes," very rarely it will connect, and I will be able to move messages to trash, but only maybe 1/100 times. I've poked through all settings in mail.app and zoho and I am running out of ideas, it is barely usable like this

I have been receiving emails from my colleague on same domain name appearing in my folder as Junk. These emails have zipped attachments. In any case, shouldn't emails from same domain be given the benefit of doubt and not be classified as Junk?

new message notification on external mail account
I would migrate my gmail account into zoho mail. In my gmail account I connected 4/5 external email account and every time I receive a new message on an email address I get a notification on my smartphone. I'm trying to do the same thing on zoho mail and until now I connected only one external email account but when I receive a new message I don't receive any notification.
