Mail Forwarding Issue
I had setup my account so that e-mails sent to my alias would forward through to a non-Zoho account. That was working fine, but I now need to change the non-Zoho account to a different non-Zoho email and for some reason I am getting a restricted error telling me to contact the administrator. TypeApp / Blue Mail : Cannot connect to server. (3014)
Hello, Using a custom domain and trying to set it up with TypeApp or Blue Mail on Android. I choose Exchange type in the apps' settings, mysnc.zoho.com as the server and get, Cannot connect to server. (3014) This works fine though with the built-in Email app and the Exchange protocol. I just set up my domain email in Zoho from bluehost. I couldn send and receive emails from the users within my domain. I couldn't receive emails. I have checked the Mx record and it doesn't show Zoho on it. Also the cname settings also shows as Bluehost only. Pl fix issue asap. Very urgent

Hi, I've searched your help files and parts of your Forum but I'm unable to see how I can add an alias to my email account. I understood that I could have upto 25 aliases for the free account, however I only need 5 currently.
