Why i cant see the spam folder in Thunderbird?
Hi, i have my email with zoho and i am using thunderbird. But in my thunderbird i cant see any emails in spam folder. When i configurate my email in thunderbird i did not find the spam folder, i add the folder in the configuration. But i check the emails there and it is empty. I receive emails in inbox and i can send emails without problem that is the only problem that i have, i am using the POP service because when i tried to configurate IMAP it give me error. I created a new webmail via Zoho and I already have 2 email accounts with 365 Office email solution. I want to add the Zoho emails to the same domain name but without canceling my current 365 office emails, is it applicable or not ?
Cannot create email service
Hi , We tried to add a domain pyboticlabs.com for Zoho Mail service while trying to create this account it throws an error * This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho. But while creating this account we used Mobile Number for verification and the verification failed and we were not able to create account. How to retrieve sent Email?
Hi, I accidentally sent an attachment yesterday without looking at its size and received a '554 5.2.3 Mail Policy violation : Mail Size exceeds limit' message for all of the intended recipients. As a result I no longer appear to have a copy of the original mail content so I can resend with a smaller file attachment. Can you advise how i can obtain this?
2.5 years of index data lost
Something has happened to the zoho index for my account. 2.5 years of indexing has been lost. Searching specific queries returns results from recent mails and mails from 2013 or later, even though the same query used to additionally return mails from the period in between. Can you recover the lost index please?

Mail Forwarding Issue
I had setup my account so that e-mails sent to my alias would forward through to a non-Zoho account. That was working fine, but I now need to change the non-Zoho account to a different non-Zoho email and for some reason I am getting a restricted error telling me to contact the administrator. TypeApp / Blue Mail : Cannot connect to server. (3014)
Hello, Using a custom domain and trying to set it up with TypeApp or Blue Mail on Android. I choose Exchange type in the apps' settings, mysnc.zoho.com as the server and get, Cannot connect to server. (3014) This works fine though with the built-in Email app and the Exchange protocol. Hi, I've searched your help files and parts of your Forum but I'm unable to see how I can add an alias to my email account. I understood that I could have upto 25 aliases for the free account, however I only need 5 currently.
