Set Up interupted due to power Failure
I tried setting up zohomail for a client but was interrupted due to power failure We did not receive the confirmation code. i wanted to restart the sign up process but to no success. My email was not equally recognised as i try to sign in. This is the message i got ''The domain is not supported or already registered with Zoho.'' Zoho - all our user mail ids are down for over 4 hrs now. We have an event lined up on 3rd August with these mail ids being advertised all over. You have not informed your customers of any down time. This is a serious breach & has to be considered immediately. What happens to the mails that have been sent to these ids so far? Are they being stored somewhere?

My emails are no longer going to my inbox. I have sent from multiple addresses and they don't get bounced back but they don't show up either. I have been using zoho for a couple of years now. Dear Zoho Team, My account was blocked because the mailbox storage was exceeded. I have deleted a lot of emails and now it even shows as 3.6GB used only but despite this, when I click on "unblock" I get the message "There are no blocks in this account currently. Ideally, I would like to have several Zoho email addresses and if possible receive them into the same Inbox. Is there a way to set this up?
