Outlook 2013 not downloading mails
Hello! I am using Outlook 2013 which was working fine for half a year with my zoho custom email account. Now it Outlook doesnt downlaod messages anymore. I also have a hotmail acount and that one works fine and Outlook is donwoading messages frome there. I recdtnky installed AVG AntiVir, but the download still does not work when I switch AVG off. Outlook says connected and no error messages. I can send messages though. Any suggestions? Edit: When I randomly press the "sync all folders" button

Hi, The emails that I sent from my Zoho email keep going into recipients' Spam folders. I have a strong feeling that this is because of DKIM / SPF. I have been trying for some time to set these up, but have been unable to. I have a Squarespace domain. I tried adding the DKIM key to Squarespace 24 hours ago, but Zoho Control Panel says "DKIM verification failed". Squarespace DNS settings is not at all like Zoho tutorials assume, so I hit a wall. Cant access my mail
PLEASE can someone help me. I have been searching for over an hour but cannot find a solution to this. When I try to log in, it says the password is wrong. When I try to reset the password, it sends the reset link to the very email address which I do not have access to, i.e. the email address which I was trying to log in with. This is a major huge flaw in zoho mail. Where is the link to login and create a username for each account? I can't see it anywhere. I also cannot access or find the CONTROL

Hello, when I send one email, people receive 2x, sometimes 4x the same email together!! And that is possible because even on my sent email folder show sometimes double sends. What`s going one???
No SMS when registering domain
Hi, When it comes to entering my phone number, I didn't know which format to use so went with international country code, followed by area code and then phone number, however I never received an SMS allowing me to verify my domain and your system does not enable me to try it again, change it or even verify a different way. Changing my domains to point to zoho
I have my domain registered through IX Webhosting.com. I went into the control panel and entered "zmverify.zoho.com" in the nameserver1 field. My domain hosting requires a 2nd nameserver. I do not see a 2nd nameserver on the zoho site. What am I doing wrong. My domain is registered via ToCows through IXWebhosting.com. I am a novice and do not know how to get zoho setup to receive emails from my domain......keithswebdesign.com. Thanks KS
Not Receiving / Delaying mails from servers other than zoho
Hi Team Zoho, We have noticed that our zoho account is getting the mail from other server like gmail is delaying or sometime it is not receiving at all. Zoho server to Zoho server is OK but delaying a bit. Can you please help us find out what could be the problem? our domin which is liked to zoho is http://trabaajo.com/ And it has another error that we can't get any mail to its zoho id from the site contact form (contact form is working fine - that we checked with another zoho linked ids)

Syncronising issue with Outlook 2016 and W10 Mail
I'm experiencing the weirdest thing ... I have a Zoho Mail account with about 5 family email address. Domain is @edmunds.family Using Outlook 2016, I am getting sporadic email syncing ... or the latest development, none at all showing in outlook ... they were there, then all just disappeared completely. However, I can see them on my iphone and on the zoho mail website. I set up the Exchange Activesync mail in Windows 10 Mail as well, just to check ... and that did a sync, and then all the emails

Removing old domain email / alias
Hopefully I can explain this without confusing everyone: I have changed my domain name and the old domain is no longer used. I have deleted that domain and added a new domain. The administration login under my old domain was admin@xxxxxxxx.com. I have created a new administration email address admin@xxxxxxxx.com for the new domain. Now here is where it gets wierd.
