ActiveSync with Windows 10 Mail + Calendar app doesn't work
ActiveSync is working fine on my Android Device and on desktop with Outlook 2016 using 'msync.zoho.com' as server. But it doesn't with the integrated Microsoft apps for Mail and Calendar. It's no problem to configure the account (using 'msync.zoho.com') but it won't sync. I get an error message - translated something like this: An error occured There is a problem with the server or your network connection. Try again later. Error code: 0x85010005 Any ideas? Will you be updating ActiveSync
I don't like the app very much and would much rather use Sparkle app which works with ActiveSync. However, when I try to use ActiveSync to set it up, I get the message that a very old version of ActiveSync is being used and please ask the administrator to update ActiveSync on the server. Even with the default iPhone email client, mails are not very smooth. Sometimes deleted emails reappear and appear as unread.
Registering domain with Zoho

Emails go into spam
Hi Zoho team, I am currently using zoho mail for work. I used Get Response (email marketing software) several times and now all my emails go directly into Gmail spam box. Yes, now I know that was a stupid thing to do. But this is my email for work and it has been printed on all my namecards, so changing it would be troublesome. Is there any solution for my problem? Outlook 2016 for MAC and setting up my zoho hosted email
I have followed the instructions for setting up the mail in outlook and for some reason Outlook on my Mac won't connect to the Zoho Server. Setup using iMAP Email User Name: Zoho Hosted Email Address Password: Zoho Mail password incoming iMap Server: imap.zoho.com Port: 993 SSL: Yes Outgoing: smtp.zoho.com port: 465 SSL: Yes In Zoho Mail I have enabled the iMAP mail. Cannot connect.... It doesn't allow me to send email or receive email. HELP!

Help Restore Emails
2 days ago on Saturday I moved the contents of my sent items and inbox within imap connected Outlook. It took ages - 350 items in Sent Items and 7500 in InBox. My pst file now says it is corrupt. Fortunately I have a backup from the day before. Is there any way you can restore the contents of my Zoho inbox and sent items from morning of 16 July 2016 or earlier?

Can't receive email
In the mail, there is a notification mentioned that my MX is not pointing to Zoho. I am pretty sure I had set up the MX records with TXT .... already more than 1 day. I still can't receive any email. Firefox open messages while Chromium does not
A strange phenomena has occurred. Firefox opens mail messages while Google Chromium does not. This is the case on a Windows 7 laptop but it is the same on a Xubuntu Linux laptop. Both operating systems behaves the same way. So i guess it has to do with the browser. Can any body enlighten what has happened and how to fix it. Ingmar Forne, Finland

Unable to send email via smtp(s)
I'm using Zoho Mail with pop3s/smtps connecton from the mail client software on my PC. But from July 5th, smtps connection yields to "Connection error". That error message appears in 1 minutes or more after sending a mail (not so soon). Receiving mail with pop3s is working perfectly, and I can send mail from web interface. I'm using smtp.zoho.com:465 with Auth. What settings or messages should I check ? Thanks in advance.

Spam fliter stopped working
I have two email accounts with separate domains. We were offline for a week and when we returned we each had TWO THOUSAND emails! I would guess 90-95% were spam. Apparently the regular Zoho spam filter stopped working. AND we've been using the longtime beta spam option also and it also stopped working. I now getting nothing in the quarantine tab. I've doubled checked they're still setup. I've even disabled and re-enabled them. This is crazy. They're arriving at a pace of about 6 per minute all day
Error email forwarding zohomail x outlook
Hi Zoho Team, I did all configurations exactly as it says in forums to configure outlook mail in receiving mail from zohomail using POP3 or IMAP, but it keeps saying that zohomail server rejected my logon -ERR Authentication Failed for my incoming mail server and outgoing it took too long for SMTP. Normal user is locked out of their email and it says to contact me (admin user) but...
I don't understand how I can reset their account? Basically, the user tried to sign in, but were asked to provide a verification code (which was sent via a text message to a wrong number). After they were unable to provide a verification code, they were told I (the admin) should be contacted...help!

TFA Control Panel Missing
I have not made any changes to my application specific password configuration, but am constantly receiving a popup on my mobile phone indicating a password issue. When trying to got to the TFA control panel in "My Account" I don't see the Two Factor Authentication option any longer.
