How to get to ZoHo Docs from ZoHo Email?
I've logged into my ZoHo Mail. After reading email, I want to edit a doc in ZoHo Docs. How do I get there? If I click at the top left, I'm given a list of ALL ZoHo products. I can choose Docs there, but then I'm sent to the page telling me about how great ZoHo Docs is, not actually to my documents. I can click "Access ZoHo Docs", which will finally take me to a listing of my documents, and I can choose to edit one by clicking on it. But this is rather complicated. Also, from Docs, I can click
I lost 11 days of email...
I was in zoho on my desktop and suddenly my INBOX lost all current emails from June 23 to today... checked my cell phone and I found them! But in 2 seconds I watched helpless as they too disappeared... what happened? I also have an issue with subfolder: I can see certain subfolders in my cell phone but I can't find them in my desktop... why? How to fix?

ZOHO Mail not working again
I keep getting this error: Reason:java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not generate DH keypair. I have discussed with the support department and they have blamed my email account provider. I called and discuused with my email provider and they say it is not on their end. They have to be correct as I can send and receive with several other email programs at the same time that Zoho does not work. I hope they can fix this problem as it has been ongoing for some time now. Bobby

Hi I am posting this on behalf of my client who owns this account. It appears that on the 7th of July a number of spam messages have been sent from the account without the owner's knowledge. It looks like Zoho have shutdown SMTP access for the account because of this. However, I strongly believe that the spam email has originated from Zoho itself and not from my client's machines. If I try to re-enable SMTP access from the account's control panel then I get a message saying "Operation permitted

Zoho mail-account not active
It seems i have to ask this separately. I have registered a valid hotmail address as my login email address and received verification link and clicked through to Zoho verification page. Still, when i clicked "Access Zoho mail" afterwards it showed "Account not Active". I have used the hotmail address for many years. Could you please advise how shall i proceed? Hi Guys, Since this morning, every time I've emailed an @gmail.com email address, I've received a bounce mail saying "ResponseCode 421, 4.7.0 Temporarily Deferred" I'm not sure if Google has blacklisted Zoho emails, but it would be great if you could look into getting it fixed.
Unable to send emails to main mailbox.
I have 4 mailboxes set up at the minute but the main email that is super administrator (admin@mydomain.co.uk) is unable to receive emails. Everytime I try to send a test email to admin@mydomain.co.uk, I get an undelivered notification saying user unknown. I have tried everything including aliases, groups and have settled on having each email address I need as a separate user and they all work except primary admin email. Any ideas?

Hi, I just received a spam mail having my domain name as its extension (admin649@wildwoodsentertainment.com). I've never created any such email id. Upon trying to login to admin mail (admin@wildwoodsentertainment.com) for the said account, I'm unable to login. I tried to reset the password, but the rest link went directly to admin@wildwoodsentertainment.com. How can I retrieve my mail ID. A quick response is much appreciated as there are sensitive details in the account.
Emails show my contact email address in the "From" field rather than name or nickname
I need to set up a group email for a residential association. I used a Gmail email address as my contact email. Now, when I send an email as a test, it has the email address in the "From" field rather than the name of the residents' association that I have registered in my profile. Is there any way round this? The Zoho email address is no use to me if it doesn't actually show the email address that I want to use, rather than the one provided for back-up purposes. Best Andie

Hi, I have children I want to sign up for email addresses. The idea of using Zoho is that I don't want to open gmail,yahoo, etc. accounts for them to be tracked and recorded. So I had planned to open their accounts using my work email as the primary address. But it seems that there can be only one Zoho email account for any given primary address. So that would mean setting up a gmail account for them to open a Zoho account, which defeats the purpose of the Zoho accounts. Is there any work-around
