Can't recieve mail, probably MX problem.
Hello, I recieved an email telling me that the MX may not be propperly installed and that is the reason why i can not recieve mails. But y checked in 000webhost and my MX is: "MX entry for this domain is currently set to mx.zoho.com." You know why I am still not recieving mails? Bests,

So I'm having a problem with our email accounts that says my MX records are not pointing to zoho. I looked in 000webhost and the MX records and it appears to be configured as it should be. This happened all of a sudden, it was until today working fine!

Getting Spam emails to an old email address
Looks like someone had my domain before us and we keep getting spam for a very old email address that never existed for us. Can I have all emails that go to this email address automatically get deleted instead of going to spam?

I have been blocked for several days now after my account was spambotted. I've used the support email (via another email address) and you've given me an interim response. I've posted on the forum in several places and you've asked me to enable TFA - which I have - when you weren't ignoring me. What else do I need to do before I can get my email address back please? And before you remind me that I'm on a free account (which I am), I pay for other Zoho services so consider myself a paying customer.

Do you guys have any plans for an option to make additional mail accounts dump into the main account instead of creating a separate area for each additional account? It's really annoying to switch between accounts and not use the same folder structure and see all the accounts in the same place. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Emails stopped coming in two hours ago. I've had people test sending me emails and noting is coming in. I have used up 81% of space so that is not the problem.

How To Change The "From" Section When Sending Emails
I'm trying to change the "from" section when I send emails so that instead of my personal username it says the name of my store. I have already gone into settings and updated the "send mail as" which you can see in the attachment, however when I send a test email it is still showing my old username. Cannot recieve mail
I Use the Zoho mail web login and have been using it for about 18 months - 2 years. In this time I have been sending and receiving without any issues but 2 days ago this all changed. I have made no changes on my end but whenever a email is sent to me it bounces with a "undeliverable" notification. I have tried multiple internet connections ( I run using a mobile dongle) and continue to have this issue. I can send emails without issue.

Import of GMAIL using labels
I have a Gmail account with close to 100,000 emails and don't want to migrate all of them to my new Zoho Account. I thought I could do so by: Making a Label called Zoho Adding all the emails I wanted to that Label (5,000 or so) Using the Add Account and Exclude Folder listing all of the folders and labels that were NOT called ZohoThat seems to be hanging (45 minutes still says 'Adding Members') If I archive this same email account with Gmail can I import that zip file/archive? Or is the format wrong?

Legitimate emails Zoho marks as spam
I just finished setting up a new mail server for a social network website. Sent several test emails. Everything is ok with Gmail, Yahoo. Hotmail but not with Zoho. Emails sent from my server to Zoho email addresses go to the spam folder. Mail server's domain has SPF record, PTR record. Emails contain DKIM signature, unsubscribe link. I am very angry. What else you want? If you are not able to detect spam, why do you mark legitimate emails as spam?
