Mail account blocked URGENT HELP NEEDED!
My main mail account got blocked because I sent an email to 16 recipients. This was NOT a newsletter, I was directly contacting some people who volunteered at an event we ran to thank them - I used BCC because that's good practice when emailing a group without compromising their identities to each other. We are running another event in less than 2 days, and I cannot send any mail! This is costing us business, and will be a huge PR nightmare if it can't be resolved quickly - PLEASE HELP! matt@udisc.com

Hiya. I signed up for Zohomail a long time ago. I have since forgotten my password. And for some godawful reason my 'password reset' address according to the page that pops up after you ask to have your password reset.......is the same as the email address I am trying to reset, LOL. I have since used the contact form on the site to place a request to reset it, but have no idea how the hell I'm going to verify it's "me".....is there a better way to reset the password than to have to wait on support

Hello, I am using Zoho mail for a non-profit group, a 4-H organization, in which often I have to send out information to members in a group email. Last night I received an error message when trying to send out a message. The error message reads "Unable to send message;Reason:550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit".
