Autodiscover/Autoconfig
Hi, how should I setup my DNS settings for Autodiscover/Autoconfig? Does Zoho offer this service? If not, can I personally set up an autodiscover/autoconfig server and host it myself? Thanks
Desktop - Chrome
Every time my partner signs in to her account on the desktop on chrome as that's the only browser we have, she can login but soon as she loads up mail it loads the page then logs her back out telling her to login, no errors no nothing soon as the email client is fully loads so just before this we do see emails loading in the back ground and then it logs her out, but she still gets her emails to the zoho client on the mobile domains is kukki.co.uk I have just checked and this still happens on IE,
Outgoing delivery delayed
All mails from subaccount to Gmail aren't going through. For some mails, received a delayed delivery auto mailer. Can you please advise as to what's happening?
Mails not downloading muiltiple clients
Hi, I have multiple clients (outlook, ipad, android) which don't download consistently the emails from zoho. I can see the webmails but not download. On my android device I had to delete the account and add it using a different mail client (K9). Is there something that changed a while ago that means the client won't download? My account and that of my partner is the same and it appears to have been like this on and off for some time. Please help.

Hello, There is a any way to change send 25 mail limit in one minute by SMTP? I would like to use my email account to send newsletter, but this restrictions prevent by this.

When I send outgoing emails to email address the other recipients recieve the message, but when emails are sent to me zohomail email address I do not see anything in the inbox, please provide assistance I have already updated the mx records by the way.
Imap dates wrong after migration
After creating an account, my emails have incorrect dates and are in completely the wrong order in my Inbox. I have tried viewing the inbox via IMAP on iPad and the problem is the same. When I look at my inbox in Outlook the dates are correct.

Importing contacts from mac
I haven't found instructions for importing all of my contacts from my mac contacts to zoho. Can I do them all at once (over 600 contacts)? It exports them as a vcard. Will I have to reformat them then? I haven't done this before, and am worried about a very time-consuming fix! I'm not even sure which forum I should be in...

Poor Service by Zoho Support - 3 days and still no response - Outgoing disabled
Hello? Its been 3 days since we sent an email and nearly a day since we posted in the forum. If Zoho is unwilling to help please explain so we can find an alternative provider. Ignoring customers and making it difficult to do business is not practice. We have done nothing wrong but your system is penalizing us . Your system will not let us unblock and doesnt even give a reason as to why it was blocked in the first place. Please advise.
How to release a domain on another account?
Hi folks, I registered a domain from a Wix account for the free email forwarding, etc. The process was never completed, but the email linked is now unavailable and we cannot gain access to it. I tried to use the domain on this account, but it says it's already registered. How can I go about releasing the domain with no access to the account that put it on? I still have full access to Wix to verify, etc. Any thoughts?
Migrating from godaddy
I cannot seem to get my emails from godaddy to migrate to my new zoho accounts. I have followed the instructions the best I can, but I assume I am missing something. Is there a more detailed description on how to do it?

Outgoing mail severely delayed
Hello, Are you currently experiencing server issues? Our outgoing mail is severely delayed but I didn't see any recent postings on the Zoho service-updates blog. Sending an email from Zoho to my gmail account it took exactly one hour to arrive, 9:26am to 10:26am. Emails sent internally from one Zoho account to another in the same domain have still yet to arrive nearly two hours later. Should I be checking somewhere other than https://www.zoho.com/service-updates/blog for existing server issues?

POP not working for one account
I have a catch_all account and a personal account with Zoho, both of which I then use Gmail to grab via POP. Since yesterday I've been having issues with the catch_all account. It gets a lot of inbound mail, applies a forwarding filter to move out some genuine stuff (mis-spells of names etc), spam filters within Zoho and then what is left is grabbed by POP into gmail (much of which is then also filtered by gmail as spam too). So just yesterday I cleared down the trash and spam folders in Zoho so

Problem with configuration at outlook
I created an account at zoho.com and tried to configurate it at outlook following the example on the zoho's site, but it didnt work. I have other two accounts based on zoho, configurated at outlook that work. Even following exactly the same configuration from that two acconuts I didnt get to make work. Somebody help me, pelase.

Recieving Faxes and Scans
Over the past month we have experienced issues with not being able to receive scans or faxes. We enlisted our tech support to assist, but are growing weary of having this same issue over and over again. Our questions are what is the root cause that keeps bumping our server settings from communicating faxes and scans from our copier to our email? How is it being addressed, and when will it be resolved?
