I am getting very tired of spam on Zoho
Hi, I am getting super tired of spam on Zoho. Everyday I get at least 10 spam that are almost similar. They do land up in spam folder but it's a chore that I have to visit spam folder a few times a day and delete them. I never had such problem with same email id on GMail. using email links in Windows 10
My PC has just upgraded to Windows 10. It is frustrating when I click on an email ink anywhere it tries to load up Outlook or Mail or other mail clients. How can I set it so so when I click on an email link it opens up the compose email box in Zoho.

Hi, I'm having a problem similar to alot of people but haven't found a solution browsing the forums. I have transfered my emails from Godaddy to Zoho. My email address info[at]begovic.ba can send but not recieve emails. From some domains, like gmail, mails arrive no problem. Emails that are hosted on GoDaddy go into the old inbox. Is there something I'm overlooking? I deleted godaddy MX servers, pointed the new MX to zoho with correct priorities but it still won't go to Zoho.

Emails not reaching consistently.
Several emails sent to me are not reaching. Customers are calling and complaining. Some mails are coming and some are not. They are also not found in Spam. One customer sent email to two email addresses. We received only one of the two. Sender does not get any failure notification also.

Form "on success" email no longer sending
Hi, I have a simple Form setup on my Zoho website that will send the input to my administrator email as well as another email address. As of today - neither addresses are receiving any emails with the input. However the forms are successfully being submitted and received into the database. Just today so far, was working this last Friday. Any ideas? Need any other info to help me?

Replying from a Group Email on iPhone
I recently set up zoho mail under my domain name. The main account is admin@mydomain.com. I then set up a group called support@mydomain.com. I set up IMAP email on my iphone with the admin@mydomain.com account and then added the support@mydomain.com email as an alias for this account. When I send an email to the support email I get it on the admin account I set up on my phone. When I reply, I can choose the suppport@mydomain.com email address as the "from" address and it appears in the "from" field

Old zoho Mail versus New
Hello, When viewing my email in the New Zoho mail interface I am only able to view email from may 12 and before. (see screenshot) When using the old email interface all email is current. Does anyone know why?
User's password issue
I have got a strange problem with a customer using Zohomail. On a regular basis his access to the email is being blocked, Zohomail doesn't recognize his password anymore and he writes me asking to reset the password. After this is done it works fine for a few weeks and then again he can't login and I need to reset the passwords. Had to do that several times already.

I saw Zoho in an article in PC Advisor in the UK and decided to switch from that rubbish called AOL Mail who I have been with since 1993. I got rid of their broadband as soon as I could and am now on Virgin cable 200 Mps. Hi, I have a business account on the free mail plan with my own domain. Is it possible to register an @zoho.com email address (like a personal account) as part of this account? If so, how? I tried registering such an address separately, without attaching it to my business account, but I wasn't able to, because I already used the same secondary/contact email address for my business account, and zoho won't let me register more than one zoho account with that address.
