switching back to old interface

Zoho Mail app - icon feedback
Hi, I am really enjoying the user experience offered by the Zoho Mail app for Android and have recently used it to replace the phone's native mail app. I do have a small piece of feedback for the design team: the Z in the notification icon has been causing me a little confusion as at first glance it makes it appear I have 2 unread emails in my inbox. I appreciate this isn't a showstopper, but I wanted to pass my feedback on should it be useful for the team. Kind regards, Sam

Cannot open or dl an attachment, and archive folder is missing.
Archived mail, and now NO archive folder is anywhere to be found! Also, cannot open nor download any attachments... behaves as a dead link(s). Diabled blocking for zoho email, so that's not the problem, and even when I did have it enabled, I could open attahments just fine a few days ago, sooo..

Activating second account
Hello I have set up a second address for my personal account. I have found the verification "rubber stamp" icon but cannot see any verification email despite asking for one to be sent on a few occasions. Also, test emails I have sent to the new address are being bounced. The status of the second address says "Enabled" in the Mail Accounts page of my settings. Something is amiss, help please.... Hello, I am working with a client that is not receiving her email to her mail account. Certain emails will appear (direct from certain other email addresses) but she has a contact form that upon submitting, it does not appear in any of her mailboxes. Hello, We are an organization using the Free plan as of now. Currently we are 3 users and we need to send emails to multiple media persons on a very frequent and regular basis. I want to know what is the limit on number of emails and on number of recipients per user that we can send each day. Also can one user send more if the other user is not using his/her full quota in a single day. Can I simply block emails that fail SPF authentication instead of them going to the spam folder?
I implemented SPF authentication a couple of months ago, and it's working well.. I see emails on a daily basis in my spam folder that claim to come from my own or other email addresses in my domain. The headers show a "SoftFail" for failing the SPF checks (ie, they did not originate from my registered servers). All of these emails contain virus or malware attachments. I was hoping there was a way to simply reject them outright instead of accepting them but putting them into my Spam folder for me

Hello, I created a user under my account Verydrone in zoho and ssociated the wrong mail account w/ the user. So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists. The email I created was info@verydrone.com How can this be corrected ? I have this same issue with contact@verydrone.com that I can't use. It is added as a secondary email to my accout bardybenjamin@gmail.com
