Emails not received by all recipients, marked as sent and not bouncing back. URGENT
Emails not going to some of the intended recipients, with no bounceback messages (we did get a bounceback this morning though from an email sent 5 days ago and it was correctly addressed) and messages marked as sent. Are we verified? My website admin suggested I talk to zoho support to see what the authentication settings should be? New Mail with CRM Contacts
The Old Mail interface would allow you to start typing a contact name and it would pull up a list of emails from my Zoho CRM. The New Mail interface seems to only be able to pull up Contact list from the resident Mail Contact section only. Is there a setting to change this to pull from Zoho CRM contacts?

Keyboard shortcuts overriding web browser shortcuts.
Hi guys, I'm struggling with some of the Keyboard Shortcuts in Zoho Mail. Control+Shift+P seems to be captured in the mail tab instead of performing the action in Firefox (open new private tab). I have tried disabling shortcuts, but this is a shortcut that remains. Interestingly, the normal Print shortcut (Control+P) doesn't appear to work in Zoho Mail either.
HTML Email signature
Why after years is there still no custom html signature option? The rich text editor is fine for basic generic signatures but not creative e-signatures. All the other leading email programs have this feature - this needs to be considered for future enhancement. Ryan.

Freehostia - BigCartel & Zoho integration
I purchased my domain at Freehostia, then setup an online store with BigCartel. I created a CNAME record in Freehostia to point to BigCartel and it worked. I am trying to point the MX records to Zoho Mail so that I can have branded email too. But I receive the following message every time I attempt to send them a message. Hello, I have problem while using Spam Test for my campaign emails. The DKIM signature appears to be invalid, but the public key is correct. The message I get in the header is: dkim=failreason="verification failed; unprotected key". The DKIM is verified in Zoho Control Panel, I've checked the public key and it seems to be valid. Email: "Insert Table" keeps resizing the cells as I type
I want to insert a table with 14 rows and 5 columns. Easy. As I type in each of the cells, the cells keep resizing as the more characters are inputted. Frustrating. How do I keep the cells to stay/keep/maintain the initial size if all the small amount of characters fit into the cell?

Mail Boxes in new version shows (undefined) and (NaN)
In the new version of Mail, all of the mailboxes are showing "undefined" and "NaN" rather than the number of unread emails. Sure makes it hard to know if I need to check a particular mailbox.
