Dear Zoho Team, Recently I tried to send email with my account contato@casaidealdecor.com.br. Since then I'm not able to send emails to anyone and all my emails getting bounced with an error message "Sender Address Blocked". How im unblock my account? Have a guide for this? Thanks!

Failed on "Send Mail As" in Gmail

Blocked for too many IMAP concurrent connections
So, I'm kind of confused as to why my account got the "blocked for exceeding maximum simultaneous connections" message in the first place, as from my understanding, the maximum connections for IMAP is 20, and my Thunderbird client is configured to make no more than 5 at a time. I can't find the information I need to decide to buy a plan or not anywhere in Zoho. I want to send 2100 emails via smtp today, I wanna know: 1. Is it possible at all? (I read somewhere in forums even pro plans have 1000 emails per day limit) 2. Can I send ~43 emails each containing 50 recipients in bcc? does it count 43 emails or 43 x 50 = 2150 emails? configuring alias email address
I'm wondering here if paid zoho email supports email alias but free personal zoho email does not. There is no add alias menu item visible as described in zoho help docs. There is a personalize-send_mail_as and also email_forwarding_and_pop/smtp but I don't think these apply for aliases. Here is my configuration: Thunderbird email client is using pop/smtp for email z@zoho.com. It operates fine sending and receiving. An email system which owns y@y.com is configured to forward email to z@zoho.com.

Dear Zoho Team, I have keep receive the spam since starting on 2016 onward until currently. As there is a suspicious weird email receive my email from myself.
